My computer has been in your possession for 1.5 months and I have paid over $200. I have not received a single call or email update from you, every update I have received I have had to call or stop by to receive it.
I am now told you can’t fix it. I will be going to the store on Wednesday and I expect a full refund of every dollar I have paid.

Went to get my PS5 fixed cause the HDMI was damaged lights were flickering on and it just wouldn’t connect to the tv gave it to them and now my game completely doesn’t turn on anymore with brand new power cords. Never again !!!! Wasted $130 on nothing .

The technician was able to pinpoint the cause of the problem with my macbook and fix it within one day. The price was very fair and I liked that I could schedule a service time online. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I went in with my laptop which had a charging problem and was charged with a $60 fee to get it troubleshooted which was no big deal, I then get quoted that it will be done in 1 week and leave. A week later I haven't heard from them so I called inquiring of the status, they said it would be a couple more days due to shipping. Couple days go by and I call again, they tell me that they ordered the wrong part and to wait a couple more days, at this point it is a week and a half, I call back a few days later and they claim they need more time due to shipping. It wasn't until 3 weeks after originally taking it in was I called and they gave my laptop a different diagnosis and had to send it into a remote location to diagnose it further. I'm a college student who desperately needed my laptop back in a timely manner while not looking to paying too much and that's what I was promised but not delivered. I wanted a refund on the original diagnosis because not only was it inaccurate, but it was a waste of 3 weeks when I could've been getting it serviced elsewhere. The manager refused to compensate me for my time and money, therefore I cannot recommend this place.
