If you ever need body work done on your RV this is your place to go. Our motorhome was damaged at an RV service center (they backed another motorhome into ours - a whole other story) TWO DAYS BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO SELL IT! The potential buyers were out of state and under a tight timeline but were gracious enough to delay the transaction, but that meant ValleyBrook RV had to get it done in 2 weeks (actually less because of the holiday). They did an awesome job!

What a great group of people. Professional but friendly and caring. Amy wouldn't rest until she got everything she could from our insurance company. Randy and crew did an amazing job on our trailer. And turn over was way faster then we expected. Not once in the whole process did I feel we weren't in good hands. I can't begin to thank them enough!

Steven did a remarkable job managing the True Topper installation on our 2021 Dynamax Isata 5 30FW. While they had our unit we asked Steven to mask the metal above the entry steps and repair dents in the front two forward storage doors and repair the fiberglass DEF cover. We had our True Topper custom painted as well.
We picked up our unit yesterday afternoon and stopped at Lums Pond State Park on our way home. True Topper worked very well and looks terrific. All of the completed work was professionally done and the paint was done by a true artist.
We are very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of Valleybrook. True Topper is also highly recommended. Great staff, great experience.

Like others, we drove around 400 miles to get four True Toppers (TT) installed on my Tiffin Phaeton. When got there, we saw the very nice paint work Valleybrook does on the Toppers and had to add that. Glad we did. While there, we got some 3 color body work done. All very nice.
Valleybrook's work was outstanding. The paint work is beautiful. We appreciated Steve answering questions I had about possible TT obstacles before we got there and about progress while the work was done.
When we were leaving, we had a with a tow vehicle issue. Thanks Abel for getting us going!
My only problem is that Valleybrook is 400 miles away and if I need future work, that is a long drive.

I don't usually do reviews but sometimes you come across a business that is outstanding. We looked for a repair shop close to our home that was able to repair the front-end damage and bodywork after a blown steer tire incident on our motorhome and found Valleybrook. The owners Amy and Randy were unbelievable and their knowledge, quality of work and personalized service was amazing. There is no doubt that they have some of the best employees in the field. Their facility was well equipped to handle any repair and the workmanship is outstanding. They handled all communication with the insurance company and the communication to us could not get any better. I without hesitation, highly recommend Valleybrook RV. Thank you for the amazing job you did on our motorhome.

I don't usually do reviews but once in a while you come across a business that is just outstanding.
We live and travel the country in our Grand Design Solitude fifth wheel.
So when we were in the greater Lancaster, Pa. area, we were struck by a driver trying to make an illegal turn. The only choice I could find in the area for rv body work, other than a dealer, was Valleybrook.
This facility was fantastic.
Knowing our situation, the owner and his son stopped by the location we were staying at to do the inspection and decide what parts they were needing to order. This saved an almost thirty mile round trip we would have to had make.
As soon as all the parts were in, they had us bring our rig in and got right to work on it knowing we lived in it full time and needed it back ASAP. The work was completed very professionally by one of their sons, Chris in five days. Three days quicker than predicted, and without sacrificing five star quality work.
I without hesitation, highly recommend Valleybrook RV.

We recently had TrueToppers installed on our Brinkley Z3100 at Valleybrook RV. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the finished product. The Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this Company and product.

Repaired/painted a long scratch and painted/cleaned battery rack. Outstanding work!!!!…and buffed the right side ….taking care of small scratches.

We purchased our 2018 rig in 2022 and the slide toppers were dry rotted so we replaced them. We were in SD in May 2024 and one end of our largest slide broke in two and the fabric tore on the opposite slide. We had seen Truetoppers at a tent show in Quartzite so it was a no brainer! We had True Toppers installed at the PA installers. No more flapping, no more replacing fabric every few years... none of that! Thank you Valleybrook RV Body & Paint and True Topper for helping us out!!

Drove almost 500 miles to get True Toppers installed on the two slides of my 2021 Nexus Viper motorhome. From the first call to inquiry about them, to getting an estimate, to scheduling a time frame to get them done, and then getting the Toppers installed, Amy, Randy, and their team of experts did a wonderful job getting my rig completed in the time frame given and had me back on the road as scheduled. It's so nice working with a family business where they treat each customer's situation and needs with a personal touch that's hard to find these days.

So recently I had the misfortune of damaging my 5th wheel rv. When looking for a shop the wife found Valleybrook RV Repair in Oxford, Pa. On the interweb. I checked out their webpage and took a chance on calling them. After a couple of phone calls with Amy the co-owner we both agreed to move forward with them repairing our rv. Once they ordered the parts and they arrived I took the 1 & 1/2 drive down to Oxford. They certainly are a busy shop. Many units on the lot needing repair.at first that caused me a bit of concern. But, no worries. After a short wait of about a week I received a call from Randy the co-owner and we discussed the scope of the work and that they would not need to do as much as previously thought. At that time I was given an expected completion date. Nearing the date I received a call from Amy confirming the date and what she was going to need from me and the time I should arrive to pickup my rv.
When I arrived I was greeted by Randy and he showed me my repaired unit. All I can say is WOW!!!! Did it look good. Really no surprise there as the reviews I read on their site mostly stated the quality of work. It looked absolutely brand new.
While there I met and spoke with almost all of the tech’s that work there and I’ll tell you… you’ll never find a nicer group of people. This is on top of the jobs they perform. It’s top notch.
So my thanks go out to Amy , Randy and all the staff at Valleybrook RV Repair. They kept their promise on the delivery date and never promised something they could not deliver. I’m so happy that the wife and I have to decided to use them to do additional work that we want to have done. I’m certain that they’ll perform that with the same care and quality.
The do know customer service. In today’s world that’s hard to find.

Worked on my uncles jayco after damage did an amazing job it looked better then before it was damaged and the painter is amazing. Would recommend for rv work and staff is amazing and kind
