I needed some of my old watches' batteries replaced & the owners were really helpful and nice! I also needed some links to remove. They were finished in 1-2 business days. 2 battery watch replacements and 1 watch to remove links for $60 including tax. I'll be back to get stuff done and maybe even look into their items.

Was in town for work and my watch battery had died on my Breitling. I found Bijou via internet search and luckily they were nearby and were super helpful. It was a pleasure working with Marty, the business owner. I plan on sending any future jewelry/watch issues to them. They can receive and ship as well! Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I cannot recommend the team at Bijoux enough! I was having issues with my engagement ring that was purchased elsewhere and Marty spent hours discussing our options with both myself and my fiancé. He was honest and very thorough. We ended up having Marty create a completely new platinum band and I couldn’t be more happy with it! It was done quickly and he kept us up to date throughout the process. We will certainly be returning here in the future.

I first came to Bijoux when they were operating as Randolph's next to a coffee shop. I had called around looking for ring resizers since my engagement ring was several sizes too large. I was told to come in and they'd help me out. From my very first experience, it was clear that they value customer service. I was greeted upon entry, they measured my finger and put a temporary adjuster onto my ring to hold me over until it could be resized, and they did it free of charge. Since then, we've been back a number of times and have always been treated well. Bijoux is family-owned and one of the few jewelers in Philadelphia with their own on-premise repair shop. They've resized my engagement ring, made custom wedding bands, soldered my rings together and even created an adjustable ring I could wear during my pregnancy. When it was time for our friend to propose, we brought him here for a custom engagement ring. The purchasing process was more than a standard inventory "show and tell", they created an educational experience. He was able to learn about cuts, clarity, color and gem selection while being shown the differences between stones. My husband left impressed, and remarked that he has regrets about not going to Bijoux for my ring. I'm constantly impressed by their craftsmanship, courteous staff, professionalism and prompt turnaround. I wouldn't say they have the cheapest products, but we find their pieces to have superior quality at a great value. If you're in the market for a custom piece, unique brand or stunning jewelry I'd wholeheartedly recommend Bijoux!

I had a jeweler Chip my beautiful opal. He said he would not do anything about it. I took it here and they made a gorgeous ring for me in 24 hours with the stone and the old setting from many years ago. My mom had given me that stone and she just passed away. It meant so much to me and the jeweler in media did not care at all. These guys were awesome and I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone and everyone.
