Although service is prompt, final billing shows no sign of insurance billing thus leaving the opinion to the end user that the insurance companies were never billed.

Absolutely worse company ti deal with.. a simple process of confirming my insurance coverage is taking days and days.. we have to follow up .. no one bothers calling back.. we have to call insurance company to do the job they r supposed to do.. and the best part.. they do not even contact the Insurance company..and when u ask to speak to supervisor .. they put u on long hold.. if u have an option.. I wud suggest trying other companies.. dealing with them.. is like scratching your eyes out

The worst medical supply company in history. I have To call once a month for my orders and simple refills of prescription formula. If you can go with a different supply company definitely go with a different option

I’ve been waiting nearly a month for easy, common medical supplies. Have gotten every excuse in the book: “never received orders” “ missing information" "insurance uncooperative” They blame everyone else and NEVER accept responsibility. Problem is EveryOne they blame can prove hat what they are saying isn’t true. Miserable expirence.

They answer the phone with (Hello) have to constantly repeat myself. Customer service is horrible. They wait til the last minute for renewal.

Continuum was the worst medical supply company that I’ve ever dealt with. They would wait until the last min to let me know when my script had expired and I’d be almost out of catheters & I’d be the one to call them. My supply date also changed every month and as someone mentioned, sometimes I wouldn’t get packages at all. They would say it’s coming tomorrow or this day and I’d never get them until I’ve called over and over. Overall, it was a stressful situation that I had to get out of and I felt strongly that they did not care about their customers except for maybe 1 or 2 employees there.

Worst experience EVER!!!
They are putting my son's health at risk. They keep sending the wrong orders out! Sometimes they just don't deliver your medical supplies at all, and then they lie and say that no one answered the door!
Everyone at this place should be fired, because playing with people's health is not a damn joke! Especially with our children!
Choose a better medical supplier! I've only been with them for 3 months, and still, they can't get NOTHING right!
I'm tired and I'm done. I will be going back to my son's old medical supplier as of NOW!
SHAME ON YOU CONTINUUM! Y'all don't give a damn about the patients or their needs! Y'all are just there for a paycheck doing NOTHING!

Customer service is horrendous! Companies should continuously evaluate their employees especially in customer service! If you hate your job then quit do not take it out on the customer. I wish I didn’t have to deal with this company and their horrible employees but unfortunately medical supply companies are limited! If possible go with a different company!!!
