Looks abandoned, graves covered in vines, tall grass. Is this even open anymore?

The place is so bleak. few trees or plants. We have a family perpetual care plot. About a year or so ago, a family member actually had to trim the grass around the graves. Always looks so desolate. A few trees and more bushes would make for a more peaceful and calming experience for visitors.

Cemetary was always well kept until recently during the 2020 pandemic. Went to visit my wife’s grave on June 30th, only to find the gates locked and tall grass. No reasonable excuse for not cutting the grass and keeping the gates closed. I spoke with the owner on July 1st and he promised they would reopen and maintenance would resume by the middle of July. It’s now July 21st and there’s no change in sight.

Drove by today & was mortified. Looks abandoned...grass 3 feet high. What is going on? And my parents paid for perpetual care. No excuse for this. Zero stars, but wouldn't post unless I hit one!

My ancestors are buried here. I have always found the management to be very nice and helpful.
