This year, I'm disappointed with H\\u0026R Block. Lack of communication, missing forms and paperwork, left several messages with no responses, and rude employees.\ Only employee who has tried to help us, Andrew, at Philadelphia Franklin Mills location.

Great Service. Very complete and accurate. They are backed up but they do a fantastic job of completing your return and showing care for your questions. The Philadelphia Mils is the best H&RBLOCK location. They are year round. Great tax professionals Special shout out to Moreen

Overall I had a great experience, the staff was friendly, informative and professional. This year I used the drop off service and had no issue's. I would give them 5 starts however the price is abit high.
