Decorations and special effects were really good. Even though we went after Halloween, the actors stayed in character and put just as much effort. Didn't expect it to be so close to downtown restaurants and stores which is nice. Offered beer, drinks, hot dog and hamburgers but there was only seating for VIP tickets not regular tickets. Sorry pics aren't better. Between lights and movement it was hard.

Not as scary as some of the area's more established counterparts, but I have no doubt that this haunt will improve as time goes on. We had a blast and the pictures with staff were a nice touch at the end. Plenty of bars and places to grab grub around as well to make this a whole fright-filled Halloweenie night for everyone.

Not scary at all in my opinion. Line was very long. Waited 2 hours just for a 10 minute haunted house. Security guard was very rude and ignorant that night. We get it, it’s two lines to go through security. However, to keep yelling in someone’s ear is just rude, especially when it is overcrowded. We went this past Saturday night 9pm-10pm slot. People in the line intoxicated. Just made the experience unpleasant.

Went on a Thursday night around 7 and line was short, but had fun waiting with all the actors walking around. Parked on the street maybe two blocks away (meter was free after 8 so that was awesome). The group we went in with was small and we all loved it! Food and drinks available are normal price and delicious (new ridge brewing! Stateside vodka!) and the scare cam on the deck was hilarious to watch. Will definitely go back next season and add to our list of local haunted houses/spooky stuff!

This place is amazing. We went during the day with our 9-year old and his friend for the scavenger hunt. It was really well done - creepy but totally fun. Both kids loved it and the story of the mill. Over ice cream, my son decided he wanted to try the nighttime scare experience (his friend definitely did not.). We went back at night and all made it out alive. It was truly awesome. The attention to detail is bar none and the actors are fantastic. The gore factor is high, but it's balanced with the interesting storyline. We will definitely be back next year!

Being that this was their first year, my expectations were pretty low. Big mistake. This place was awesome! My husband and I loved this haunt! It was so scary, well thought out and creative. It really stands apart from other haunted houses. The staff were friendly and professional. I would say that we enjoyed it more than bigger attractions like Bates Motel. Definitely check this place out before the season ends!

Awesome!!!! Screamed the whole time!!! Best haunted house I’ve been to in a long time! The actors and props were so original. Loved it!!!! Very organized and the line moves fast! Plus you can buy snacks and drinks while you wait. Five stars!

My friends and I drove all the way from Cape May NJ to check this out and we were not disappointed. The whole thing was masterfully set up and they cram a lot of great scares in this walk. All of the performers put an amazing amount of energy and skill into this and it shows. I genuinely appreciated that they staggered small groups through the house so that you can't hear the group in front of you getting scared and spoiling anything. We bought the VIP pass and are grateful we did. The regular lines are huge.

Such a great attraction - the actors, set-up, food and drink availability. I was there twice within the first 3 days of opening. There was a slight issue (not safety-related, just a set mishap) during my first walk through, which I was not totally aware of, and the owner was so proactive in providing wonderful customer service. I was there on a Saturday night and the general admission line seemed pretty long, but we had VIP tickets so we did not have to wait. After we walked through, we grabbed a drink and took it to the VIP patio. The VIP patio is in a good spot - you can see the lines and watch the intro video, can see and hear people running and screaming out of the haunted house, and can also watch people as they are walking through the haunted house. I parked in the movie theater parking lot and hopped on the trolley. Manayunk made it really easy to get around. I'd strongly suggest visiting.

This Haunt experience is one of the best in the Philadelphia area. The scare actors are fun, funny, and professional and make waiting in line fun. The Haunt takes about 15 minutes to get through and has some really nifty sets, props, and animatronics. There is something fun for kids and adults of all ages. The prices for tickets, swag, snacks, and beverages are affordable and fair. I will make this Haunt part of my annual Spooky Season Experience from here on out.

This is a brand new attraction … I must say this attraction was VERY good. Thoroughly planned out and organized. It was themed towards the creepy backstory of the mill due to a hurricane flood. ALL characters were performing perfectly. Staff was SUPER friendly and courteous to everyone. Well priced food, snacks and merch. We LOVED the kid friendly day time tour with the QR ghost hunt.

This isn't the longest haunted attraction I've been through, taking around 10-15 minutes in total, but it is one of the most fun. There is better spacing between groups which are also kept relatively small which means you don't have every scare telegraphed to you before reaching it. I don't think I've ever jumped so much walking through one of these things. Everything was really well designed and the actors were all great. The Victor Kane IPA available in the midway was pretty good too!

Had a great experience Saturday night! Great location with plenty to do! It's awesome how local breweries and eateries are involved with good food and drinks right there! The VIP was cool with the table to chill at and watch the scare cam, definitely worth it! I can't wait for next year and the years to come. Great job to everyone who put this together!

This was hands down one of the best haunted attractions I’ve attended. Their attention to detail is unmatched and the story is impressive. The actors did an amazing job getting into character and there is a scare around every corner. 10/10 would go again

Went with my friend last night after checking out Terror Behind the Walls... Honestly, I had more fun here! Very impressed with the set design. I saw one negative review for this place complaining that the length wasn't enough for the cost, but I think that person probably doesn't go to a lot of haunted houses. It was certainly more than 10 minutes, and they jam a LOT of awesome sets and actors into the time you get. The scenes and acting felt unique and the interactions with actors were fun and intimate. I always prefer smaller haunts over the large ones because you usually get to go in with just your party, and you can have a lot more fun with the actors. One thing to note is that actors don't touch you here, which may be a downside for some such as myself. Nonetheless -- a wicked fun time! Great job on your first night!
