I’ve been trying to contact this company several times by email to no response. I’m trying to do a size exchange. Sizes are not true to size and run slim. Pretty frustrating to see the customer service is terrible. Am I gonna get my exchange or not???

I recently had to exchange a size and I wasn’t clear on my correct size. I actually got a call from Whitney to confirm my size and complete the exchange. To actually receive a phone call was impressive customer service. Thank you Whitney. This was first purchase from the brand and intend to order again.
