Very unprofessional the lady upfront was rude and kicked me out her last name was David, i simply tried to cash a check and and she made me wait over 30 minutes to get helped and then they kicked me out saying they can’t do anything for me because there is a long line behind me, bad experience overall and definitely won’t be coming back or even consider Bank of America as a bank to trust with my money

Very good customer service had the pleasure of working with George and Albert today. They made sure I got everything I needed with a smile. Definitely recommended this location and both service reps.^^

Bank of America keeps emails me, if count no add $20000 than after may will charge me $25 for service money ! I think I need find another Bank !

I was there to open a bank account and they were very friendly, the person at the entrance and the one who helped me, Nicole Watts, very patient, explained everything very well, my experience in this place was excellent

Even with an appointment scheduled, I waited for 30 minutes and no one was able to help. (They were still friendly.) To get a credit card, I have wasted 5 hour in total on the BoA website, email, customer service and now in this store. While other banks make the application as simple as possible BOA is giving me too many frictions in this process to me. I have decided to bank elsewhere.

Scheduled an appointment for 1pm with Tyler. He arrived 1:15pm. Luckily Tracee helped me. She was charming, helpful and fast. If there wasn’t for Tracee, this review would have been one star.

My initial experience with a banker (can't recall name) at this location wasn't strong. My last experience was much improved. George was very knowledgeable and efficient with his reccomenations and assistance. Thank you!

Not client - oriented at all ! There is one answer to any question - go to the application or to the websiteI am a business owner, I came to open a checkbook and change the address of my business, but the agent sent me to a mobile app, how should I figure it out? there are many types of checkbooks, no explanations, where is the customer orientation? According to the logic of the employee, clients do not need live offices, everything is possible online! Then why are they needed if they do not provide service ! Then why did I come to the bank if everything can be done online, probably to work directly with the manager to get information! Very terrible attitude to customers for the last 6 months!

They never answer their phone. And the corporate line is even worse. I've been trying to close my account for days and they said I need an appointment, but their Saturday is already full so it's very difficult. I already left for Dollar Bank, any other bank where you can just walk in and get help is better than this.
