The girls were friend how ever the nail tech rushed and felt pushy with upgrading services. I asked for short oval, which I did get. However, my nail are thick and look like I have nail fungus in how thick and lumpy the dip was. Also the dip is starting to crack not even 12 hours after getting them done. I will not be retuning 85.00 was huge waste of money for me.

This was one of the worst pedicure experiences I have ever had- maybe if you just go for a mani they are better but do not use this place for a group outing. I made a reservation for a group of 7 and asked multiple times if we would all be able to sit together and get our pedicures at the same time (it often has to be staggered which I would have understood and planned for). When I arrived one person from my party had already been seated and I was told I could not sit next to her- even though there were open seats all around her. and was rushed to a seat far away. only 3 of us could get a pedicure at the same time. We all felt rushed though the process. I was going to upgrade but they were rushing me through so fast I didnt even have the chance to ask for it. I was openly mocked when I told my technician I did not want gel polish. She told me I had gel on my toes already (I did not, I know I did not because, they are my toes and i was there when they were painted, with normal polish.) and she rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath at me. I was done first before anyone even though I was third to start and when I asked if I could stay in my chair so I could keep talking to my friends (there were still lots of open chairs) I was told I had to go sit by myself at the drying station- like time out! The color wheels they gave us to choose polish from were all different (mine did not have color options my friends' did). and my polish was chipped just 5 days after my pedicure. I will say the nail cut didn't give me hangnails or make my cuticles bleed.

Asked for red to black aura nails, which essentially is red in the middle fading into black on the edges of the nails. I told her I wanted them a little shorter than the picture and she said “Those aren’t even long, you want longer nails for that design”. The thumbs were obviously shorter than all the other nails, I pointed that out and she slapped my hand playfully and said they were all the same length. She started the design, which began as an unblended red circle on a black nail. I mentioned this, she said it was blended, and then turned to do whatever this mess is on my nails now. Along with the horrible design, she rushed through the entire process, leaving the nails uneven and bumpy. Overall, my experience felt rushed and I felt invalidated whenever I tried to communicate how I felt about the shape, length or design. Oh, and I paid $75 for these! So yeah, do with this information what you will.

I was not happy with these nails. They did not shape them how I wanted they didn’t do the length I wanted. I showed them my inspiration photo and they did nothing like the photo then when I went back and told them that I wasn’t happy with them they told me that I was wrong And that they couldn’t fix it and wouldn’t give me my money that I spent $70 for them and I just kept getting told that I was wrong and they weren’t gonna fix them and then I would just have to pay more money for them to fix my nails. It looks like a child did them. The third picture is the inspiration I asked for

LISTEN TO ME LADIES!!!! Listen if this can help you in anyway!!!!
I strongly advise against spend your money here.Upon my visit, I was assisted by the woman seated at the first desk, who appeared to be either the manager or owner. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing.
From the moment I sat down for my pedicure, she seemed disinterested and rushed through the entire process. Despite noticing that she was running out of nail polish, she continued painting my nails, only to pause mid-session to find a similar color (which wasn’t what I selected). This lack of preparation was unprofessional.
What was more concerning is that she proceeded to file my nails AFTER they had already been painted, which caused visible damage. When I politely requested that she repaint my big toe, as the polish had come off due to her filing, she hesitated before reluctantly correcting her OWN mistake.
The level of service was careless and dismissive. I caution you against investing your money here, and if you do choose to visit, I highly recommend avoiding being serviced by this particular individual.

I got these nails done of 5/18/25. It is now 5/25/25. The lady didn’t push my cuticles back nor did she put the acrylic and polish back far enough. They’re already grown out. The pinky nail came off in a week and the thumb nail chipped a day after I got them done. They charged me for the wrong shape and when I questioned her she had an attitude with me. She didn’t tell me of any of the extra charges until the end. Don’t waste your money here. I’m not rough with my hands at all. Absolutely ridiculous

What is this? The shape of my nails are horrible, and the lady that did my nails was clearly judging me when i said i wanted them sharper. To add onto this nonsense, most of my nails are angled upwards and i feel like a velociraptor. Please do better, im very sad. And no, my finger don’t do like that.

Me and my mom have been coming here for the last year or so for gel pedicures and we love it! The place always looks clean and the nail techs are always so nice! They’re good with managing their schedules and we’ve never had to wait past an appointment time and they’re always generous with walk ins.

I stopped in here for a quick gel polish change before my vacation. Within two days of getting my toes done they were lifted we aren’t even a week from when I got them done and they are now all chipped. I have NEVER had a gel polish on my toes chip so easily and so fast. I always get bubble bath OPI and never had an issue. That gel polish changes was an absolute waste of $35 plus tip.

DO NOT GO HERE!
I went here last Tuesday to get my nails done since everyone else had no appointments for that week. I want to say that I know a lot of customers will complain about rude employees, little mishaps, etc. Their employees were probably the only good part about my experience but their manager was HORRIBLE. My nail tech was a very sweet man who worked diligently and effortlessly to make sure they were perfect, but somewhere in that process they were not cured/done correctly- the same day they chipped and not just a little, but a LOT. They accomodated me but their fix was to blob black nail polish in the areas that broke and re-cure it. It broke 2 MORE TIMES in the same spots, worse than the last. The third time though was my last straw, I paid $130 to get a beautiful butterfly design and now my nails are uneven, the design is ruined in several spots and they visibly cut up my fingers/cuticles with their nail file block. I was physically hurt and emotionally distraught, my mother talked to the manager and he gave her a completely bitter attitude. When I went back to try again he called me a liar that they hurt me when it was visibly apparent, said acrylics just chip and told me they don't "give refunds because girls come in there having broken their acrylics on purpose". That he would charge me for any further "fixes" and I should be grateful they "fixed" it for free the few others times. No matter what I was doing, I've NEVER broken or chipped an acrylic and when these chipped I was literally running my hands through my hair or scratching my arm. If your acrylics you do break THAT easy, you should be ashamed of the work you're putting out. I never wanted a refund, just my nails to be done RIGHT. I loved the design he did and I'm so sad it broke.
Save your time and money, and go somewhere else. You'll be doing yourself a favor and not rolling the dice with this one.

Went just to get some Gel done with friends, only came with 50-ish dollars to get 30 dollar nails done.
When we got there service took awhile (though admittedly not by fault of staff), and when I actually sat down to get my nails done I was given acrylic unknowingly and had to pay for both. Tried to ask the man serving me to stop at the acrylic since I didn’t have enough for the now 60$ procedure. Wanted to stop at just the acrylic (that I didn't want) and just spend the 40. Man refused, continued on anyway and added gel over my acrylic. Asked the man not to paint since that would cost and extra ten and I was already over budget, agreed at first but then began to paint anyway, ytelling me the paint was just a clear coat that would protect the nail. Eventually able tk agree on a price of 58$ but not recommended. Man service grew increasingly rough as I tried to deny service and the acrylics ended up falling off the same day. One of them the glue broke off and the other broke my nail bed.
Overall, not worth the scam and money I lost just to spend more fixing the poor quality products that broke two of my nails just hours after getting them.
