The excessively loud beeping from the outside kiosk can be heard through closed windows all day while I am working and all night while I am trying to sleep. Please turn it down to a level where only the operator of the machine can hear it. Thank you.

horrible service. no one there is every happy. they always give me attitude. there website is down a majority of the time so i couldnt transfer money between accounts. i talked with the GM there about switching over my 401k and he said he would get back to me.. a few months later when i came in he asked when we were going to do it as if he was waiting on me. so i guess he forgot. then when i went to close my account and switch to pnc, the other manager there gave me attitude.. shocker. she treated me like i was stupid for switching banks and offered to do my 401k right there and then.. but the GM had such a hard time doing it the first time.. i do not recommend first national at all! people there are not plesant
