I don’t think they can. I purchase a product and got it home there was a bug in it. I called not to get my money back but to get something else. The run around was amazing. I was in the store numerous times to speak with the owner. Made phone call after phone to speak with her. She did not have the common courtesy to call back to discuss the problem. Once again I did not want my money back just wanted something else. I am a resident of Penn Hills I support our local businesses. I would not shop in there ago or support that business. Some of the ladies were very helpful but this one manager was a real price work. Not professional at all.

I've come to this store multiple times and found what I needed most of the time. It is very small in comparison to other stores in the area which means the selection is limited. Need grease, moisturizer or edge control? This store has got you covered, but the sew-in and crochet hair selection is pretty limited. Also, the prices are pretty expensive. What I've paid at other stores is nearly $2.00 cheaper than here. So limited selection, small store. Most likely to be used in an emergency or at the last minute.

Bad customer service, the manager has a really bad attitude older black lady with bad makeup job and messed up ponytail. Will never shop with again... Will tell clients to go else where.

Dont support this business. Typical. They give you the wrong product. And the manager refuses to take it back. Hair Spray is not a chemical. It is a styling aid. Of course your dealing with people that dont have NO KNOWLEDGE about doing hair. Just selling weave and wigs. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

I love the workers but the quality of the wigs are terrible I bought a Brazilian wig and it frizzed up in less than a week I went to tell the store owner she tries to say it's deffective and that I should go out my way to send it to the company and talk to them that's not appropriate at all let alone the fact that she has no store policy on defective items she sells .... we as a people need to open our own stores and take our business someplace else
