The people at the cafe are always amazing and always a highlight to my day.
Today, 5/16/2024, The door greater that I haven't seen in over a month was at the door, and when I was coming in, she gave me the rudest experience I had a very had with anyone at this location.

For the most part Sam's club is a great place to shop. There was a few things they didn't have that I needed. Like chicken wings for example as of many of the stores they would have been crazy expensive so I didn't get any but I didn't see any in the stores well. But overall a great place to shop.

Costumer service here is getting worst to worst every time i come here . Today i had a lady that works here helping me and she called me an A$$ in front of her manager name Nate . Obviously they dont need my business here anymore. Worst costumer service in a long time ive i had to deal with .. below zero

I love how easy Sam's club makes my life. I place my order they send me a text to remind me it's ready for pick up. I head over and park in the designated parking spots and they bring out my order and load it into my car for me. They make my life so easy and for someone who suffers from RA it is so nice to have this convenience. Then be able to go fill up my truck with gas and head home. I try to tip each employee that loads my car and some say they will get in trouble if they take it. I believe that is so unfair as they are helping me and if I want to give them a few extra bucks they should be allowed to take it for their hard work and helping me. The employees are always so nice and polite. No matter where they work ... In the store or outside of the store.

It's good place if you're going to buy things in bulk but it really isn't that much cheaper if at all. I guess if you don't care about quality but want quantity it's not bad.
