I cannot rave about The Pop Cakery enough! I found Nechama through Instagram hashtags while I was looking for a local bakery to make my son’s birthday treats this year.Before I had settled on the Pop Cakery, I got in contact with a couple other bakeries- all of which turned down my mid-December custom order due to the time at which I was ordering. I started to call around looking for a baker in August, I do believe! But most of these places were only offering Christmas goods around the time I wanted to order and I don’t celebrate Christmas, which kinda bummed me out.This is when Nechama came in! She immediately accepted my custom order date and went to work asking me for reference material- even though I was placing my order four months in advance! She special ordered cookies cutters for us and pulled off the sweetest, most realistic, snake and lizard cookies, and reptile egg cupcakes, I’ve ever seen! Our guests were completely taken in by the whimsy of the treats and it was only through Nechama, and her gift, that this was possible.I will be shouting from the rooftops to patronize The Pop Cakery! I think I’ve found my go-to special order bakery ??
