The team at Ken Pollock Volvo are very knowledgeable and informative. I particularly worked with Eric Peters and was one of my best experience (if not the best) I'm out of state and my availability to travel there was limited to only weekends, and Eric was very diligent to explaining all the features of the vehicle, sending videos and photos so I could see in detail and prep ahead my visit. When I got there was exactly what we discussed. Left very happy with Volvo XC90. Ask for him if you are purchasing any car here!

Just leased a new Volvo XC90 from Ken Pollock and have nothing but amazing things to say. I worked with Eric Peters and Cory Hendry, they are both excellent. I test drove 8 different vehicles at various dealerships across 2 states before deciding on this one. I can confidently say Eric was the best sales person I worked with throughout this process by far. He is extremely knowledgeable on the product, very efficient, and honest. I was on a time crunch to get into a new vehicle same day as I was an out of state buyer, both Eric and Cory made it happen with ease. Eric is thorough, takes the time to answer any and all questions, and also understands what’s important to you specifically when buying a vehicle. After running numbers a time or 2 I left feeling like a I got a great deal on a great car from honest people. Highly recommend Ken Pollock Volvo!

Edit: Nevermind! No one returns phone calls or has solutions for your problems. I had to spend hundreds of dollars two months after buying a Mercedes-Benz on new brakes and rotors, and I continue to have squeaky brakes and unanswered questions. I was lied to from the beginning about the tire and wheel condition. I am very unhappy and have been told by 3 different people at the business that they would get me my vehicle report from the service department, help me figure out if I should schedule an appointment, or a manager to call me back. None of that has happened over the course of a month.

Huge THANK YOU to Eric Peters and the entire Ken Pollock Volvo team for a very enjoyable experience with our recent 2026 XC90 purchase. Having never been to the Ken Pollock Volvo dealership or ever owning a Volvo before, we were warmly welcomed by Eric and the team. Eric was very patient in answering our many questions and helping us determine what vehicle would best fit our needs. Our entire experience from determining what vehicle, to test driving some options, to finding the exact vehicle at another dealership, to getting it to the Ken Pollock lot, to finalizing the purchase, to picking the car up, and Eric following up after we have had it for a month has been awesome. The entire team is very knowledgeable, acted very professional, and was extremely respectful going at the pace we needed to decide on what and when to purchase. Stress free purchase of an amazing vehicle!!

I had a bad experience with this dealership and specifically the salesperson named Trevor. I looked up a car online on their website and we decided to go for a test drive. The salesperson asked me to put a deposit since we were going to be there in 2 days or so and he specifically mentioned and I reconfirmed with him that the deposit is fully refundable. After 2 days, we changed our mind and decided to go with a plug-in hybrid car. When I called the dealership and talked to the salesperson to get the refund, he told me that they cannot refund it because I did not stop by at the dealership. This is not acceptable. I will make sure I get the refund through my credit card company and file a complaint through Better Business Bureau, because I never in written or verbal accepted to a non-refundable deposit to purchase a car. I expect dealerships to be honest and do not abuse customers, which, unfortunately, has not been the case here.

Trevor sold my son a Jeep Compass back in April, he was an Amazing car salesman, not pushy if you wanted to know anything about the Vehicle he had the answers..
Well my wife was in need of a Vehicle and we knew where we had to go it was back to Ken Pollock Volvo and to our #1 car salesman Trevor. He found her the perfect Vehicle for her and we couldn’t be happier. So if you go to Ken Pollock Volvo make sure you ask for Trevor!
