WORST EVER. GOT THERE 2 MINUTES AFTER CLOSE AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MUCH NEEDED MEDS. I NEEDED THE MEDS. WILL BE CALLING CORP. AND WILL NEVER, EVER BE GOING BACK.

This store has some of rhe worst employees. They have zero customer service skills. The Pharmacist Zack doesn't know how to manage his employees. I have been a Rite Aide customer for years I'm done with this place. The employees think it's OK to talk about customers when said employees think they put you on hold. That is not ok or professional. Sharon has a chip on her shoulder and thinks it's part of her job to yell at customers and try to bully them with her passive aggressive attitude. The excuse for laughing at me and talking about was we get yelled at all the time. (BTW I didn't raise my voice until after I heard the employees convo). The fact that this was all over a prescription I can not go without. The amount of employees you've lost as of recently tells me so much about this company. The people that were there for years are now gone and you have idiots filling scripts. Nice job.

Employees were unbelievably rude. I asked for a price check and they expected me to return the item to "it's display" that was definitely not the display because there was no price tag on the shelf and it was balanced on top of other things. I got the same bucket for $6 at the plains location and they wanted $19.

Some of the others are super sweet, others can't be bothered. Too busy fiddling with their phones, or nails. They feel that they need to remind customers what time they close, even if just stopping in for one item. They don't greet you, and always look miserable. Customer service is part of your job and being rude towards customers, even at closing time. Not okay.

Pharmacy is always giving me issues with my MAT rx … (suboxone) I feel judged and looked down upon everytime I go there. Today (9-4-22) there’s a new pharmacist there and she’s refusing to fill my valid prescription without giving me a reason why. Telling me the dr has to call (impossible bc it’s SUNDAY) and my rx is not early or anything that would hinder me from filling. I will be reaching out to the state rep / congress about this matter as this isn’t the first time they give me issues for absolutely no reason at all. Very frustrating!!!

I have never been treated so horribly as a customer before. Went for a COVID test. Was spoken to very rudely by a woman from the pharmacy on the phone when I called and asked where to go for the test. When I got to the drive through I was yelled at for being confused and hitting the call button, which sounded like the same pharmacist on the phone. Mind you, I was extremely ill, hence why I was going for a test, and was just confused. I have never been treated so horribly by healthcare professionals who are supposed to help. It takes zero effort to not be rude to someone, especially someone who is sick.

Employees were very friendly. Items are easy to find in store aisles are labeled clearly.
