“This was at The Pet Pub, not Pets Come First.After applying shampoo to my dog I began to feel ill. I felt faint and began vomiting. I asked a little girl outside of the self-wash to get help. The assistant groomer came in and rinsed and blew my dog dry until my son arrived. She even asked if I wanted her to apply his conditioner, which I declined. She had done so much already. Aside from this incident, the staff is very friendly and engaging. I highly recommend The Pet Pub for your pets needs.”

“I had a wonderful experience with this store, I was in a rush and had to get to the train station in a hurry. I initially got the wrong size carrier, they returned the money to my card without any words and generously helped me with the assembly process of my new hard carrier. Sorry I didn’t get the name of the nice cashier with gorgeous hairstyle, anyway thank you soooo much you helped me saved a lot of time!!!!:)”

“Jeff hooked us up! 6 months after we first visited Finatics our tank is going strong and healthy and the owner set us up for success. Learned a lot and I'm enjoying my aquarium. You can get anything you could possibly need for your own home tank, plus a good selection of fish and other aquatic life on sale as well. Won't go anywhere else in town for my home aquarium needs.”
