The store manager Laurie was very helpful and nice. She explained everything clearly and made sure that we understood the billing and notice of vacancy terms. The storage unit was clean and access to the unit was easy.

Very professional. Clean. Provided equipment to load and unload. Had a dumpster on premise as well. It was a very good experience, and I would use them again.

Overall it is a great storage facility but rent increases every 7 months kind of hurts the wallet and when you find out from a new tenant what they're paying is over 100 dollars less than you for the same size unit that's what made me move out

I heard that they raise your rent every 6 months by $50 a month are you freaking joking me A friend of mine's paying $650 a month to rent a storage unit there that's highway robbery You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!

I am recently divorced and lost my home and needed to find a storage solution. I searched the internet and made several calls. STORAGE SENSE was not the closest or even the most affordable, but after meeting with Lori and Nikki I knew this was the place for me! Lori and Nikki welcomed me and assisted me during a very rough time in my life. They are very knowledgeable and resourceful. Their presence helps create a feeling of belonging. When I pass the storage units during the day I see their cars parked by the office and I know my house hold goods and personal belongings are in a very safe place. Thank you so much 😊

I stopped in to get moving boxes and was feeling totally overwhelmed trying to figure out how many I’d need. Laurie (hope I’m spelling that right!) was so kind and she helped me price everything that made things so much easier. I didn’t need to rent a unit, but her friendly face in front and great service made a big difference. Thank you!

Perfectly fine storage place, but they keep frequently raising the rent. I ended up getting twice the space for about 1/3 less. My rent for the smallest unit a 5x10 went from less than $100 a month to $157 a month over a few years. I'm now paying $99 for a 10x10 elsewhere.
