Service experience was great. Appreciated Kacey taking the time to explain what the issue was with our heat pump and our options moving forward. They were also ahead of schedule for the day and called to see if they could come earlier instead of just showing up. Don’t always get that type of call so I appreciated that as well.

The service techs came right at the start of time frame, identifying the issue and fixing it in about 30 mins. They also checked that everything was working. Very courteous and professional

Of course our unit broke during this awful heat wave (feels like 110 degrees) I called New Life Heating this morning and spoke to Josiah. He got us right on his schedule. It's a little after lunch and we’re up and running! Josiah was so easy to work with, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.

Efficient, reliable, trustworthy. I called New Life, made an appointment, received text and email reminders, and Kacey texted me when he was en route. Kacey is knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I presented. He cleaned the boiler, chimney base, and part of the chimney! Kacey asked if he could put the sign in our yard and naturally we said yes!!! We are very happy to advertise for New Life. Call them.... You won't be disappointed with their service! Kathy Powell

Had new AC HVAC system a few months ago installed. AC did not turn on. Called them…in a matter of 20 minutes or so…owner Josiah was here and rectified a temporary fix till parts come in on Monday…. The BEST AC company there is. 10 big stars!!! Greg Felix

First time using New Life and Josiah was our HVAC technician, and this definitely won't be the last time. My stove had a gas leak, and i called New Life at midnight and scheduled an appointment. Josiah came out the next day. PHENOMENAL SERVICE. Josiah arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, and I didnt have to wait around. Josiah was very personable and friendly. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. He answered all my questions. He fixed the problem on the first visit. I can't say enough of how happy I am. After he was done, I signed up for the loyalty membership and I scheduled him to come back out for other repairs etc....I HIGHLY recommend New Life.

Josiah at New Life Heating and AC Repair was so awesome. He was kind, professional and thorough in his diagnosis of the issue. He was very efficient and explained everything to me as he worked. I can't recommend New Life Heating enough. I was desperate to have the oil boiler and water heater checked for water damage after Wednesday and Thursday's floods in Pottstown. My oil company, with whom it have a maintenance and budget plan, refused to come out unless I could guarantee the cellar floor, water heater and boiler were dry. I'm disabled. I couldn't do that. And my neighbor wasn't sure what to do about checking the equipment. Within an hour of reaching out, New Life called to set up a same day appointment on a Saturday. I hardly waited more than an hour before help was here from an outstanding technician, Josiah. I felt hopeless until he sorted everything out at an extremely reasonable cost. As their website says: Just Call New Life. I say: Don't bother with anyone else.

This was the best experience I've had with an HVAC professional in 10 years of home ownership! Josiah is incredibly competent, efficient, and kind. He really knows his stuff! I also had a great time working with the folks who helped me out over the phone with scheduling etc.I recently moved to the area and initially worked with a far less helpful provider, they left a mess and left my system barely working and charged a fortune. The contrast is striking, working with New Life fixed all of my heat and hot water issues very quickly for an extremely reasonable price. I'll be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future. Thanks so much to Josiah and everyone at New Life, I'm so happy to be able to take a hot shower again!!!!

I was able to get an appointment within a few hours of making the call. Josiah was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did in an easy to understand and concise way. He offered me several different options in order to take care of my heating crisis, and I was very impressed with his professionalism!

Will give 2 stars for friendliest service. However I gave very specific instructions on what needed to be performed on my unit, I even stated lines would need to be vacated and pressure checked. Was told that this would be billed as a tuneup I even questioned the fact the refrigerant would need to be added to the lines. Was told I would receive a call back on additional fee for refrigerant which was not followed up on. Josiah again was friendly however price was about double of what was estimated and double what I was quoted from another company of which completed the job Sunday for no additional fee for a Sunday appointment in fact once completed was $ cheaper then the original quote.
