Brian Leffler and the rest of the staff were supportive and caring when my family suffered a terrible loss of my stepfather. The viewing was everything my mom hoped for in wanting to make sure that he was honored.

They were very professional for my mom's viewing. They were understanding on what I wanted for her and they did a very good job at making it happen. I would recommend them for helping with saying your final goodbyes to loved ones that have passed.

Albert came directly from a Christmas party and left me in the fantastic hands of Brian. I was a wreck and a crying , snotty mess. I was also angry. My mom passed with no insurance, I was just at such a loss as to what to do, I had recently had a stroke and was unable to work, Brian was just amazing. He patiently waited while I figured things out. I definitely recommend them and their caring hands.

Brian Leffler and his staff were wonderful.
At such a difficult time, Brian made all of the arrangements less stressful. Our father was a huge sudoku fan. They created memorial cards with our dad’s picture on one side and a sudoku puzzle on the other side. Such a wonderful touch. Our family could not thank all of them enough.

I've attended several services over the years performed/overseen by Schlitzer Allen Pugh and they were all very nice. It hits a little differently when it's your own dad/mom, etc. From the very early morning Albert arrived to frequent communication with Brian to the message from Caitlyn after the service, they were thoughtful, caring, helpful and attentive. Terrific throughout, the one small and significant detail I think those who knew him best will remember was the unexpected Sudoku puzzle shared as a take away for those who attended. Death is a part of life and grief a part of loving, thank you Brian and team for helping to make it a beautiful and joyful celebration of life.

My sister knew she didn’t have too long to live so she had Brian and Caitlyn come to the house. They spoke to her putting down every detail from the Beatles music, the flower packets she gave to remember her, the electric slide we danced to and Happy to say goodbye to her. When we left we knew Chris was smiling above. Brian gave Chris the send off she wanted and a happy memory to remember her by.she wanted people to smile when they thought of her and Slitzer Pugh funeral home gave her that. Thank you Brian.

I was so overwhelmed with the pure kindness and unconditional caring they took to help me through the most unpleasant time in my life. Albert was so helpful. He genuinely cares. Even reaching out to check on my family after the process was over. They made sure all my mothers wishes were met.I can not express enough thanks to how above and beyond he went.I could not ask for a better person, well everyone that was involved to have taken care of my mother for her final wishes.

I was not prepared for this day and when I called the funeral home they picked up my wife from hospital within half hour, set up appointment, patiently and compassionately held my hand and got me through what was the hardest thing I ever had to deal with. The service was beautiful and director and others made this much easier to get through so God bless Schlitzer Allen Pugh for being there for us in our time of need.
