They will allow people to put gas on a pump they are not sitting at which causes confusion. Which also lead to people falsely reporting stolen gas instead of just saying there's some confusion while people are actively pumping.
No one stole gas from the previous reviewer but maybe her husband should have been at the pump he was paying for instead of waiting until after the fuel was pumped in another car where a card was tapped.
Simple way to solve everything is to revise policies and not allow supposedly febrile old men to put fuel on a pump they are not at.
The police handled it appropriately. If the patron had enough time to take down a license plate he had enough time to say there must be some confusion and it would have been handled. Legit a gas station stopped at 3 times a week so obviously stealing fuel is not what is ever done.
So change your policies to prevent misunderstandings and 3 hour ordeals that someone's wife reviews to make my other half look like a criminal when he's never been in trouble in his life!

Not a very good place. When you go inside pay for gas come out to find someone pumped the gas you paid & they make you pay for it again then when the worker called the owner he said it's up to the customer to call the cops but my husband had to pay for the 2nd gas also. They did nothing to help my husband who is disabled and walks with a cane. So if my husband wouldn't of had a plate number this guy would of got away with it.
