Staff very professional and helpful, however your pricing for doing work is outrageous. I understand there needs to be a profit for work completed and charges to cover fees that are applied to your shop, but when you get bills for over 2,600 on a repairs and it’s not a major item or items that’s high.

Had to bring in our F250 diesel for a DEF Fault. Was in the shop for two days but was able to fix the problem quickly once they were able to look at it. They had the part on hand and my truck was in warranty still so it was an easy transaction. Everyone I spoke with was very nice.

So far, so good.
My wife and I purchased a new Bronco last fall from the team in Quakertown and could not have been happier. We were literally on our way to another dealer who “mistakenly” modified our sales agreement on the morning of our scheduled sale. We were told that a typo was to blame when a “9” was accidentally entered instead of a “1” on a line item of fees. The $800 difference was not as unnerving as the physical distance between these numbers on every keyboard that we’ve ever used. It felt dishonest and immediately gave us pause and unease. Our trust in their integrity was shaken enough to seek another option on the fly. Things were already stressful enough.
We were limited by the incredible Azure color that we settled on for our new car. The only other unit nearby was at Ciocca of Quakertown, but it had some extra options we were looking to exclude. Budget matters with such a significant expense. The Quakertown crew’s resourcefulness, honesty, and flexibility allowed us to make a deal on that car, kept us closer to home, on budget, and far more comfortable with events than before. The extra bells and whistles were nice, but the peace of mind was nicer.
The value of the trust they earned that day was rewarded tonight with an order for a new expedition which we hope to see soon. Their assurance that our sales agreement and trade allocation will be honored upon the vehicle’s arrival saved us a 3 hour drive to secure the car that we wanted tonight. It’s unlikely we’d place such faith in any other dealer. Although we’ll experience some delay, we’re delighted to buy local with a team we can take at their word. The price was close enough if you’re placing any value on your travel and trust.
We are exited and relieved to hit the finish line with people that feel like they’re working from the same side of the table as us. Waiting is the hardest part this time around, but our faith in Q-town Ciocca has proven to be well placed so far. They’re the best bet around if you’re diligent enough to check. Chances are good they’ll be your last call even if they were your first call of a bunch. Will confirm another smooth delivery of our sweet new ride when it’s here. To be continued hopefully sooner than later.

I use Seaaca Ford dealership in Quakertown Pennsylvania for all my needs when it comes to servicing my dump trucks cars and pick ups and they are always right on time and they let you know everything before you get a final bill. They are the best at what they do.

You hear a lot these days about dealers being shady but I have zero negative things to say! Cory was a great salesman and made me feel at home.
