Terrible customer service. The cashier was so rude. I might as well have not been standing there during the entire interaction. She chatted with her coworkers behind the counter the entire time. Didn’t tell me the total so I had to ask her. Made a whole scene because I didn’t want my receipt (yes I’m well aware of returns but the clothes are not expensive so I usually donate what I don’t keep) as I’m walking away saying she could’ve just thrown it away she goes “excuse me?” Trying to make a scene in front of everyone. Girl please, you're at work, act like it. We aren’t two people hanging out. No form of Professionalism. I don’t care how small a job is there should still be a certain level of professionalism.

Good prices but some of the materials on some of the clothes look very cheap and where's the rest of the clothes they seem to forget not everyone likes showing their bodies to the public SMH it's a shame that's why you have these teenagers showing their bodies provoking men really

In this store on Penn St, they have bad customer service, all of them are Puerto Ricans for some reason and when one as a customer claims their rights, all are one voice from their supervisor, it is unfortunate that customers from countries other than theirs do not they can buy comformes, they should take action on that issue. very bad custumer service

A large selection of clothes, accessories and more to peruse. Prices are affordable/low and they have a nice range of sizes to boot. I never leave empty handed.

Large selection of very reasonable priced kids clothes. Only one visit, would definitely go back.Unique kid clothes. Urbanish.They also had women’s clothes.

staff is friendly for the most part and for my line of work i can find a quick dress or outfit under 20$ sometimes its a hard selection but they have all different sizes from small to plus size.
