Never crowded, staff is always polite and helpful. Very clean gym, weights are almost always reracked and everything is put where it belongs. Glad I joined this gym.

Has everything I need for a workout and best of all I can go anytime I want to. Unlike some of the other chain gyms, you can lift heavy here.

I have regularly been going to gyms for 20 years and was very impressed by this gym. It has everything I need and is hardly ever crowded. Well maintained and friendly staff.
