I called here and tried to get a reset code over the phone for my used cars radio. The dude on the phone was so adamant about scheduling me an appointment that he completely missed what I said multiple times as to why I was calling. He wasn’t good at listening at all. Then he said I would have to wait for a call back and I never got a call. Had to fix the issue myself over the next few weeks. Unimpressed.

I took my car in for inspection back in Jan 2024. My inspection was up Feb 2024. I left the service center confused about why my service was so expensive but brushed it off. Come to find out they never did a state inspection, but rather a “complimentary 5 point” inspection and did not confirm with me the services performed that cost me and arm and leg. I wish I could get a refund, luckily I didn’t get pulled over! Please, go somewhere else to get inspections and don’t get “scammed” by this place.

After getting an oil change and tire rotation in the morning, got a warning message about low tire pressure that afternoon. Tried calling and left messages and was NOT ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE THAT COULD HELP ME OR ANSWER QUESTIONS. Finally after calling many times they put me through to somebody helpful but finally figured it out myself by watching a YouTube video. Im glad I didn't drive back in like they suggested to waste more of my time. Ridiculous. Also, guy was going to charge me $89 when I got free maintenance with the purchase of my car!

Waited more than 2 months for newly leased CRV to arrive (third time leasing from Piazza Honda Pottstown). When vehicle was finally delivered, dealer low-balled "trade-in" value of previously leased vehicle by $6K!!! We walked out. Should have expected a usual car dealer tactic such as this, but not from Piazza! So disappointed.

Dishonest service depart, stay away! Brought auto in for service twice, both times I was charged for work they didn't do. 2nd service advisor was Steve. He was annoyed when I complained. Car returned worst then it went in!.

I've bought two vehicles and have been a loyal customer for over a decade, getting all inspections, maintenance and repairs done by their service center. Last week, I became an almost-victim of outright fraud. I was in for a simple replacement key that needed to be programmed and they ran a needless battery test (not asked for) and told me it was in immediate need of replacement (80 cca.) Knowing I had a AAA installed battery (with a 6 year warranty) less than two-years ago, I declined service and took it elsewhere for a confirmation test. (I should also note that I had my car in for annual inspection less than three weeks prior and no battery issues were flagged.) Today, I had a battery test conducted by a reputable mechanic and it registered at 483 cca. I am disgusted by Piazza's deceptive and underhanded sales tactics, all to make $150 of profit, from completely unnecessary work. What a complete lack of ethics and integrity. They have permanently lost my business.

Make sure you check your paper work even if you've bought here before made the mistake of trusting them. They don't care about your business and will gladly screw you over if they can.
