What a company.
From my first meeting with Jeff Klossner from NSM at the hospital.To every other phone call thereafter following up on the progress of the claim, the whole process was seamless and surprisingly fast and very efficient.And when the application was approved,Trish called the same day and set up a delivery date less than a week from then.On delivery day Jeff shows up EXACTLY on time and delivers my beautiful brand new Jazzy Elite HD.He thoroughly went over the operation of the chair and was very efficient about it and helpful from beginning to end.I am more than impressed and happy with NSM And must say that Jeff and Trish are truly an asset to this company.I sincerely thank you.
