The team was quick to get my car in and was very quick at helping with a minor issue (rock stuck in my tire making a strange noise) Communication was great, too!!

Already reviewed the sales dept, but I want to give 5 stars to the service department as well. I was a stranded traveler, and Joe and his crew did everything they could to get me back on the road. Very friendly and helpful folks!

Just not the same anymore I gave this place a lot of money in the last few years and for my last few visits and the pay increases are ridiculous I’m going back to my ma and pa garage

Service staff explained everything my car needed and all future plans for upcoming service. They showed me the condominium nest a mouse built in my air filter. They were willing and able to answer questions regarding service warranties. Excellent service department. Thank you.

Went in for scheduled oil change at 9 am this morning, they did not have the filter needed for my vehicle, but offered to drive to Elmira to pick one up immediately. I was concerned at first because I had another appointment I couldn't miss, they tossed me the keys to a loaner vehicle and told me no worries. Everyone in the service department was friendly and helpful. I've never owned a Toyota before but considering making my next vehicle one, as this service department is fantastic. Thank you!!
