Absolutely so sweet! I went in for a ring cleaning and they also tightened my stone complimentary, when at previous jewelers I was charged an arm and a leg. They took their time, made sure everything was perfect and went out of their way to help me. My ring is beautiful again and I am so happy! I can’t wait to go back and pick out a beautiful piece. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to have a ring cleaning or looking for jewelry

I went into Alexander’s with a broken strand of costume pearls that belonged to my grandmother. My sweet daughter wants to wear them on her wedding day to represent the family and “something old.” I explained the situation to Trudy and, while this jeweler obviously deals with top quality pieces, she immediately understood the “sentimental value” of the necklace. The necklace was repaired on the spot. In addition, Trudy helped with some jewelry that I recently inherited from my mother. Each piece was evaluated, cleaned and boxed. While none of the jewelry was of great monetary value, Trudy treated me and my mother’s jewelry as if I had brought in the Crown Jewels. While waiting on the cleaning, I “window” shopped and dreamed about wearing some of the beautiful and unique pieces on display. Visit this shop-the customer service is amazing!

I would just like to thank Alexander’s jewelry for repairing my watch that someone else had put batteries in that was not a jeweler, and therefore short circuit, the watch when they Put the batteries in. And they did not charge me and that’s the second time I’ve been in there that they have done things for me and not charge me and the kindness of their heart and I really appreciate it because that watch was special to me I’m glad they were able to fix it.. Next time I’ll be going to Alexander’s jewelry in Shrewsbury PA.
