We are so grateful because we were able to get a beautiful, dark, wooden sideboard from the Community Closet, and it’s perfect for our home! It was AMAZING that it was free, and it looks brand new! The staff members were friendly and helpful, too. Another time we were able to get a free basket and book, which made a lovely gift for a loved one. This store is clean, tidy, and well-organized. Thank you everyone who makes the Community Closet such a tremendous resource! Times are hard, and the free merchandise is greatly appreciated!!!!

I would like to give Kathy 5 stars and I would like to give Ruth one and a 1/2 star. She is not pleasing and has a nasry attitude towards me. She seemed to stalk me around the store but I couldn't understand why because everything was free. I'm not sure if she was making sure that I took only one iitem. There was another incident where I had picked up a household item and you are allowed one per household item 1 household item she claims that I was with this this guy and I have never seen this guy in my whole entire life so I went in the back and I got my 1 household item she just kept on repeating tat I thought he was with you I thought he was with you no he wasn't with me Ruth. Alll black dpeopleon't know each otheror Kathy is very very generous nice and helpful Ruth I'm not sure what's going on with her but her

The volunteers I met are all very helpful and friendly. They do a good job of getting things organized and displayed, and they truly seem to care for not just their community, but for all. They definitely take "love thy neighbor" to heart and, though I am not a Christian myself, I will gladly continue to support them.

I agree with the other reviewer Elizabeth when she says that some of the women at the community closet are cold hearted.I was treated very poorly here.I have ptsd from an abusive family and some of the women here thought it would be fun to pick on me and harass me my entire visit. I asked them several times to give me space yet they refused and continued to make a spectacle of me.I left the place in tears.Pastor Jeff.. please do something!!

Unfortunately some of the women that are helping dont know Jesus and their hearts are cold. The director has a status and pride issue and demands thanks for what "she has given people".....sorry hunny only God blesses us. The closet is a blessing from God but it seems they have found pride in their good works and are more concerned with what is in their closet than helping the community. They were right when they said the rules have changed. On the other hand the volunteers in the harvest cafe are amazing and full of God's grace.

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, it's very organized. Community closet helps so many people that have fallen on hard times, they are big part of what makes this community great. I would like to thank everyone that volunteers you are so very much appreciated.
