Very nasty people. I've been a customer for years and they literally treated me like crap. Condescending and gross.
Edit: I saw the response and like I emailed I will be closing my account within a month's time unless I get a proper apology.

I’ve been a member for over 30 years with all the name changes. I put in a dispute with all facts like I was ask for it to be declined. I’ve only had 2 disputes in my 30 plus years and both have been declined. Pick a bank that will support you with disputes and a bank that understands loyalty.

We have banked with M&T for over 11 years in 2 different states and 3 counties. We have always been treated like a valuable customer even when we had little or no funds in our accounts.When we started our business 2 years ago we naturally decided to bank with them and have not regretted it.Thank you Heather B. for helping me with a different situation today. You guys are the best!

I complained about some things that were on my account that I did not do defined they were going to take care of it two weeks later I go to order food for my son and me 7 o'clock at night and I was told my card was no more good I called the after hour M&T BANK they told me my card was canceled but I didn't know why so I had no cash no bank card and no way to get food till this day I still don't know why they canceled my card I had to get them issue me a new card which I couldn't use my own pin number I had to wait two weeks after getting the card to get the pin number I've been at this building since 1995 it has exchange hands so many times I couldn't tell you what banks have been there but this bank is b*******

Comment was made to take off my sunglasses its bad enough we have to wear these masks. Witch was followed by laughter from other customers. My glasses were prescription.

I use this bank for business purposes. Every interaction with them, without fail, they are helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming and it's a pleasure doing business with them.

Helpful and friendly staff. They're up to date with online technology. I highly recommend M&T because with every branch I've visited, good customer service has been a constant.

What a wonderful and professional staff... The phone call ahead and the drive thru service were handled with care. A special recognition to “Dana” who waited on me in the drive thru; she made the 22min wait in line seem like it didn’t occur. Dana was very polite, professional, and proficient. Overall great job today to all. I will continue to use THIS branch going forward.

I give M&T the FINGER every time I pass. I still don't have that bad taste out of my mouth. I had a CD in there for years. When I moved here I just transferred my account to this branch. The manager snared me in. I had so much money in the CD, I could get a better interest rate and all I had to do was open up a checking account. I bit. A couple of years went by and my monthly checking account statements stopped coming. Here is what M&T did. They changed their rules. They started charging me a monthly fee for not using my checking account, but I never saw a notice or any statements because they stopped sending me statements. Bottom line, They stole money from my account. Once I confronted them, some lying stinking asst bank manager totally denied my allegations. I had to go to corporate and I still only got half of the money that they stole from me. Sweet deal. For M&T. I can feel my finger getting stiff even now.

Liars and Thieves I had a long term CD that became M&T's due to bank merger/acquisition. I didn't choose M&T, they just bought my bank. When I moved from Philadelphia to central PA, I dropped in to have a chat with the branch manager. She told me that she could get me a better rate of return if I opened a totally free checking account. So I opened a checking account and deposited a few hundred dollars just to keep a nominal balance. That ultimately was a big mistake. After a few years M&T changed their rules and started charging me service charges on the low use checking account and they also stopped sending me monthly statements, so I was totally unaware of the service charges until I saw a year end statement. We are talking about $200, some free checking huh? A knucklehead at the Shrewsbury office refused to believe me regarding the cancellation of my checking account statements. This guy was like some kind of arrogant third rate used car salesman. I could only get him to take away half of the service charges as a "courtesy". I knew that M&T stole my money, he knew that M&T stole my money but I only got half of it back. I later spoke to an agent on the phone at M&T Corporate and she saw and apologized for inadvertent cancelling of my monthly statements but could do nothing about a refund. So, I just had enough BS from M&T so I withdrew my investment and moved it to PNC. The PNC bank branch in Maryland Line is the friendliest, most efficient bank that I have ever dealt with. My investment is doing much better at PNC. Every time I drive by M&T, I flip them the bird. From my view, M&T is the worst.

Staff is courteous and efficient. This location offers multiple ways to do your banking: 2 drive-through lanes, 1 drive through ATM, an ATM in the lobby as well as, multiple tellers and account personnel.

Received a lot of personal attention. They were great in helping get my account started my lunch break. My one concern is that there was a delay in getting my checks and I was only given 2 starter checks.
