He said he could fix the back screen of iPhone and he broke my camera. It’s never worked since. He said he fixed it and he ordered parts. Pictures are all fussy. Very bad communication also. Wouldn’t tell me he messed something up until I just showed up and then told me.

Greg is an amazing business owner who cares about students in Slippery Rock. I walked into his store stressed that my Mac was toast especially since I needed it for coding for a final later this week.
I knew I was in good hands when he offered me a loaner laptop which came in handy even in the short time I borrowed it. Extremely straightforward guy who is very knowledgeable on technology and made quick work of the repair (dropped it off at 11am picked it up at 5pm the same day).

No need to drive off campus, I got a broken cable stuck in my laptop and he fixed it in like 2 seconds with no charge. Thank you!!!!

its been years since so i dont remember it clearly but he was terrible communicating with us and was often out during business hours without any notice, took him like 3 months to figure out if could even fix my phone, the answer is no. reading all the 1 star reviews is making me scared that is was fixable but he broke it. i really hope it is fixable. when i can afford it i wanna go to another place.
he also had a bunch of political stuff everywhere and had fox news playing on his tv in the bg which made me very uncomfortable as a disabled woman as fans of fox news are quick to mock me for my disabilities typically

very very kind honest man who was willing to do more than he had to and told me the truth about what was wrong with item. i would 100% tell you to go to the store for just the man himself. very time efficient as well.

I dropped my 8 month old Samsung S23 phone on concrete and even with a case on it, a few days later, the screen went black. I could still hear that it was working but couldn't see anything. I took my phone in on a Monday. It was repaired by Tuesday afternoon. He requires the payment upfront so it's a bit unnerving that he has my phone and full payment, but this is the second time that we've used this shop and have been satisfied both times.

Gregg treated me well and clearly cares about his customers and quality of work. When I left not only was the issue repaired but he had restored some wear and tear parts too. I will be back!

I absolutely recommend bringing your phone here if it is in need of repair. He was kind and polite, the price was fair, and my particular repair didn’t take long. Obviously I hope my phone will not need a repair again soon but the next time it does I know where I will take it.

Greg is the sweetest guy you will meet. So knowledgeable, friendly, fast, affordable and kind. He is also very considerate of time and stress associated with problems. He is from South America and his shop is located Main Street Slip. He has created a very welcoming atmosphere. I brought my HP laptop to him stressing because it randomly wouldn’t turn on one day. I attend grad school courses and it is essential to my program to have a working laptop. Greg took the time to explain everything to me and point out pieces and problems and give ideas to problem solve the issue. Highly recommend him and his business!! (And there is typically a dog in the shop) added bonus!!

Greg had parts in stock to fix my old iPhone 10 screen, which he did promptly during my visit. He went above and beyond by giving me some recommendations and links to products we discussed as far as external storage options and a new phone case link. I appreciate the time and would return with any future needs - highly recommend, thanks!
