The place is spotless and well stocked. You will pay more for name brand items than at Walmart but you won’t have to fight the hoards. With the word Friendly in their name you’d think the employees would be a little more cheerful.

Someone please explain the necessity in putting your scanned and bagged groceries back in the almost non-existent bagging area??
If self checkout is all that is going to be open for checking out during their later hours or anytime as far as this goes, they either need to override the constant demand via the scanner or find a way to accommodate more than two bags.
It's simple logic.
I wish I took photos of the bags piled up and spilling out everywhere.

This store is laughable. The prices are so high I legit don't understand why they do any business. $16 for a pound of chicken? It's $7 everywhere else. They charge for paper bags, but they're these odd half size paper bags so you have to have double the amount. Today the bagger snarkily said "really, paper bags?". Yes, really, if you don't know that plastic bags are wasteful by now then bless your simple heart....and mind your own business? I've been here twice and there was an issue with my shoppers club card twice. Today they scanned it and I had to point out it didnt do anything. I would've overpaid $11 if I wasn't paying attention. The freezer section must've been malfunctioning because every glass door was fogged up so you couldn't see anything and my ice cream was melted by the time I got home 5 mins away. I've lived all over the country and have been to countless grocery stores and none of them are anywhere near this goofy and useless. 2 stars only because workers are friendly. We will make the drive elsewhere.

Top's has changed so much with the prices I don't even go anymore with the bonus card savings! Too many products are buy 10 for $10 ? I don't want or need 10 so I walk by to find the next bonus card savings! Buy 10 for $10 etc! I go to Aldi's now!!

DO NOT use their bakery!! Bought some buttercream filled eclairs and donuts from the bakery today for a birthday celebration this evening as an alternative to doing a birthday cake for my spouse. Ate one when I got home with them and after finishing it my asthma started kicking off. I ended up having to do 2 breathing treatments throughout the day, which was odd since I have not had to do one of them in a year. Didn't associate it with the eclair at all because why would I? When I go to serve the eclairs/donuts after dinner I accidentally drop one upside down while plating them. Thank goodness I did because the underside was moldy. I flip the rest over and realize they are ALL moldy! That is not even remotely okay or acceptable!
