However, Tracy informed me some of the flowers pictured were not available. But after describing what I liked about that arrangement, and the favorite colors and flowers of the deceased, she said she would take care of me. I called to customize the flowers and to make sure they were delivered before the service and the lady on the phone was extremely nice and assured me that they would call the church to ensure they were delivered at the appropriate time, which they were.
