This store has consistently had super friendly staff and great chicken over the years it’s been open.
However, recent staffing changes are causing consistency issues around the chicken. Today is my 3rd order that was not assembled correctly. Not talking rocket science. Ordered a 10 piece dark and 8 piece mixed. Got a 10 piece dark and 8 piece dark. This is the 3rd time in a row where the mixed order became a dark only order. Last one also was short by 3 pieces. Not impressive. Chicken still tastes great and all that and I didn’t want to complain because the person preparing the order ls new (same guy each time). But the 3rd time in a row tells me that either he was not trained properly or there is some other issue.
Tried calling the store to provide feedback but no answer so I am writing a review instead.

Not very happy with the Chicken. My first time trying it and I'm not impressed at all. The chicken is very stringy and lacks a decent flavor. Not sure where the claim of the world's best chicken comes from?

Most pleasant workers, I've ever encountered, in any convenience store. Big guy behind counter( believe it was CJ) was awesome. I don't normally write reviews, but felt this was deserving occasion.

All the staff is extremely friendly, especially Ashlee. I come here all the time, and this is by far the best Royal Farms I've ever been to.

The new manager, Mike, has truly turned this store around and down a great job training/re-training the employees. Customer service is so much better, the store itself smells and looks clean now, the floor isnt sticky anymore, the coffee no longer tastes burnt, food tastes fresher and is regularly re-stocked, all around a better store. We are regulars and at one point had almost given up going here but we are now glad we didn't! The team there now is doing great! Happy to see this store thriving.

Got some of the best Rofo chicken of my life here, it was fresh out the fryer but still delicious. I’ve gone later at night and got gross cold food which I can’t always be mad at but it’s definitely a small location. Usually 2-3 people working, sometimes less but self checkout makes it nice.

Staff here is very friendly. One major issue. They only have our favorite coffee, Brazilian Dark Roast in one machine which has been out of order for over a month. Best coffee at Rofo and we can't get it. Disappointing.
