Usually the tellers are nice, but the one elderly woman gave me an attitude from the start. I know I look young, but that doesn't mean you treat your costumers that way ? . Just wanted to make sure I didnt give her more money then I wanted to and asked her. She rolled her eyes and shook her head saying what I have her, even after being polite to her. Retire or get a grip, geez.

Terrible customer service by phone. Called on and put on immediate hold. 52 minutes later I hung up.

I recently went in for refinancing my student loans. While doing the application I stated multiple times I am self employed. I was told that all I needed was to prove income from the past 2 months and that was sufficient to prove my income. So I went ahead with the application. Only to be denied because when you are self employed they go off of your last two tax returns nothing else. So I was either lied to directly or general incompetence of the person who helped me. Either way I am extremely disturbed that at a bank dealing with credit they have people employed who don't know the most basic standard application guidelines set by the company they work for.
