Awful online Banking. Since the upgrade in April of 2023, nothing in online banking has worked properly by their own admission. They can't connect to billers. They're paying people late. They're missing transfers. They can't download bills from biller's the size of Verizon, Citibank and PECO. All customer care says is that they know there are issues and to be patient and take care of the problem on your own.

If I could give zero Stars I would the bank manager is ridiculously rude he had no compassion when the banks atm didn't spit out my money. It was unnecessary for an experience like that, I'm glad I don't bank there

The worst banking experience I've ever had. They decide what they are going to do with the money you work hard for. Spent over an hour on the phone with two people who couldn't help me. And when I speak to someone in the branch, they are sarcastic and unprofessional. As an individual who works in customer service myself, I expected a lot better from a place of business such as this. I will be removing my money from this institution. I no longer wish to deal with this company. If I could give negative stars, I would.
