Gabby is one of the most energetic, personable, polite, considerate young person I have met in a very long time. She is an enhancement to anybody that is smart enough to employ her and should receive a raise immediately based on my judgment, bravo for you being wise enough to hire her, the same for Danielle I did not have an opportunity to spend as much time with her, but she seems to be an extremely good asset to your company as well. I would not hesitate and would be true to your company.

This is the third time your lab has made my eyeglasses with the wrong prescription. I finally asked for a full refund. During my first visit, neither the girl nor the shift manager explained the blurriness on the sides of the bifocal lenses. They chose the lenses without consulting me, which was strange. Then, they made my glasses with the wrong prescription for my left eye. The shift manager was unhelpful during my last visit and didn’t understand that it’s been two months of repeated mistakes. This has been a terrible experience, and I will not recommend your services to others.
First of all, when a customer is getting eyeglasses for the first time, you should explain the potential blurriness on the sides of bifocal lenses so they can choose the appropriate percentage of blurriness. Additionally, please train your manager and the front desk staff to understand customer issues. It’s been two months, and I still haven’t received my glasses because they haven’t been made correctly. This is the third time I’ve received the wrong prescription. Despite this, the manager argued with me, saying they are remaking the glasses for free. Of course, you have to remake them correctly. She also accused me of yelling, which I wasn’t. Her behavior was really rude, and I got so frustrated that I asked for a refund. I’m very disappointed with your service and will not recommend it to others.
Now I asked them to don't go by bifocal & make my glasses for far distance only. and still it's been more than one week, I didn't got any response. I need your action & resolve this. I feel to go to attorney and talk to them to file a legal case against you people. as i was suffering from headache from past two months since i got my appointment for numbers.

I was nervous coming into a chain Eyewear store for an eye exam after going to private practices my entire life, Dr. Riback was great and put me completely at ease, such a great personality and Dr.!!
Lisa was very pleasant in my checkout process. I would recommend trying them out!!

My visit at Americas Best in Trexlertown was extremely comfortable. I felt very welcomed and all my question were answered leaving me feeling taken care of. I was helped by Emma who did my exam. Lisa who helped me pick out frames was by far the most wonderful woman, she was honest with me and helped me make the right financial decision. I’m young and don’t have a lot, Lisa thank you for making this experience!!

Total waste of time. My appointment was at 1pm, sat around waiting for be seen by a “doctor” but instead was a virtual doctor who was apparently the only doctor in Pennsylvania available, who is also seeing patients at different locations!! So there was over 20 patients waiting to be evaluated before me and at this point when it was finally communicated to me it was 2:30. it was never communicated that this virtual doctor was over an hour behind before they decided to have me sit around waiting!!! Make sure you schedule on a day a physical doctor is in the office.

I wanted to share my experience during my visit to America's Best on 7/31/24. I was quickly acknowledged by a receptionist, and she was wonderful until I was asked to sit in the back and was confused why someone went before me but perhaps, I just didn't realize that they had been waiting so I went up to the front and the lady wasn't so pleasant and a bit dismissive. However, Lisa came to the rescue and was extremely professional and courteous. Lisa was very helpful and made me feel great in choosing my glasses. She was supportive and gave honest feedback on how they all looked on me which help me make my decision. Lisa is amazing and has great customer service skills. I appreciate associates like her!

Arrived for my previously scheduled 4:30 Saturday appointment to be told the doctor was at his cut-off point for seeing peasants, oops, I meant to say patients, for the day. Saturday hours posted online as 9 to 6. So silly of me to assume my time as a customer was going to be respected. Brilliant business model.
