2 and a half stars in a generous rating. Save your time and go elsewhere. They have tons of issues and noone seems to know how to solve them. 5 weeks now act wont allow me to pay bills. Im beyond pissed and keep getting your act is fine. Believe me I took every step humanly possible to make sure it wasn't my end.

I have never had a positive experience at this bank. The staff is not helpful and uninterested. Getting anyone on the phone is nearly impossible. They hold my funds hostage for days, even when I deposit in person. I’m so glad I chose not to do my business banking with them, and will be closing all of my personal accounts... read full comment

When you called Peoplefirst they would have you on the phone more than an hour poor customer service for real. You got too many peoples working in the bank and none of them can’t answer phone.
