Mike did a great job on my nails! He paid a lot of attention to detail especially with the shape of my nails. They were super thick and lumpy from the last salon I went to. The work is actually worth the price here!! I can finally leave somewhere actually happy about my nails!

Honest review. I don’t like the customer service here greeting clients is the bare minimum and they barley did that when I walked in . I waited about 15 minutes nobody really said anything to me besides “sit down” . A man finally approached me and informed me that I could come back. I believe his name is Roy I don’t know, he started to do my nails and the whole entire time he was just rough with me pulling my hands and just saying sarcastic things then laughing and speaking in his language as if I don’t know he’s playing in my face. After he cleaned up my nails filed then and etc he says “wash your hands” I come back sit down after washing my hands and look at my phone to bring up the picture he throws the color palette on my phone and say pick a color I immediately asked him “are you okay” he started acting confused and started speaking in his language again asking another woman to do my nails because he couldn’t do the design. I went over to her again no greeting from her and he’s just standing over her watching as she do my nails of course not speaking in English. Honestly I think I’m done with these nail shops us black people get treated the worst and their main clientele is black they the ones who need us we need to stop giving them our money they literally hate us! I will never come back here and I’m in the process of learning to do my own nails because of it my advice to this business is to DO BETTER and take a class in customer service……getting your nails done should be a smooth fun experience I did not experience that here !!!

Came for an eyebrow wax. Sat and waited for less than 5 min. Wax was 12 min. Tech was very friendly, conversational, and competent. Spa was clean. Waxing station/chair were nice and comfortable. Would return. Convenient proximity to my work

My fiance moved to Delaware County & is looking for a nail salon. This business butchered/mangled her nails.
Her nails are so badly damaged and deformed that in the next couple days we need to make an unplanned 1&1/2 hour drive to where she moved from to let people who actually know what they are doing repair the damage. Her nails will definitely need acrylic to protect the edges while the maturation nail beds grow back & may even need false nails to give a uniform length if she wants to go so far.
AVOID THIS SALON LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Don't go! I had to restrain myself from Knocking Cindy the fuck out! Smart ass mouth! Didn't event finish getting my nails done. Rude as hell ignorant as shit and better be lucky I didn't drag her through her own shit!

Owner is rude..talks about everyone and charges whatever she likes. They cut ur fingers and don't care. The owner is the worst one of them all..Cindy. she has no regard for people,their money or feelings. I hope they close soon. Spend ur money at bamboo spa they r a couple doors down n their pedicures are cheaper and way better.

I been going there and I love the place and the way they treat me I only go to one person she knows who she is I love her vibe and the energy I hope she continues to take good care of my nails feet and lashes and eyebrows the owner so amazing I love her spirit . Just the energy when you walk in it’s so peaceful and relax I haven’t went there with my daughters yet let see how it continue to go jajjajjaj

The manager makes fun of every single thing about the customers, and is mean to her employees. Service and work is pretty average. I would advice against going here. A lot of places offer the same price without just constant ridicule.

This place is the only one I know that puts plastic in the pedicure tub and use new, disposable equipment on your nails. Cindy the owner is funny and Addy does a great job on my nails. The whole crew is wonderful.

Clean,quiet. Excellent job on jell nails. Pedicure was not good . Luke warm water l asked for more hot water that didn't happen. The hot towel she put on my feet was cool . Barely scubbed my feet.
