I have been a long time customer of PNC. I encounter by far the worst banker ever at this location. She was rude, lazy and not informative. She had no interest in her job, and made it evident from start to finish. Her behavior was of poor quality, disgusting and unprofessional. Please invest in quality professionals that treat all customers with respect. I’m petty certain if I were white I wouldn’t have been treated this way.

This branch IS THE BEST. The tellers and managers are calm, collected and helpful, and I had lost my wallet so I was a basket case as I did not have proper forms of ID to confirm my identity. Well, no need at this particular branch. I was able at 5:30 on a Friday to get a replacement debit on site in less than 5 mins so that I could atleast have the debit to then pay for my ID at the dmv and all that jazz.
I thank you SO MUCH for helping me! I so appreciate the kindness shown due to my own. Stupid mistake of losing my wallet in the first place. PLEASE BANK HERE. You won't be let down!

Horrible service. Worst PNC bank in the area. They need extensive customer service training and the line is always long.

Used the drive thru ATM to make a deposit. The parking lot is under construction and very dangerous. Especially in the rain. The process was quick and easy, however I gave 3 stars because of the dangerous roads in & out. Also the bank charges you a % for wanting access to the $$ immediately. That's crazy.

The employees and branch manager are rude, unprofessional and incompetent in handling important banking matters. They created a mess with an estate account. Terrible customer service, they do not return calls, brushing you off as if they have no time to clean up a mess they caused. I ended up having to call corporate to clear the matter up. If anyone is thinking of using this bank, I strongly recommend that you don't,and that you choose another bank or atleast another branch. Avoid this one at all cost.

I used to avoid this branch BUT the branch manager Dan Russo is probably one of the best branch managers I have had the pleasure of dealing with…. It is super refreshing to have someone so focused on customer service/satisfaction as opposed to selling services it makes you want to add services because you know the service will be there if any is needed! Keep up the good work and thank you.

Drive thru closed, one teller, was in line for 20 minutes. All other staff doing nothing, but they have a separate greeter saying “Thank you for choosing PNC!†Do NOT bank here.
