I recently had Marett install vinyl laminate flooring throughout my home. First, I appreciated Craig, the installation manager, coming to do a walkthrough to help me prepare for the install. He was so helpful and answered every question I had. The installers, Brian and Travis, were exceptional. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the product, they went above and beyond during the installation process to ensure the floors looked beautiful from every possible angle. They were extremely professional, kind, conscientious, and are a true asset to Marett Carpet One. The entire installation process was seamless, thanks to Craig, Brian, and Travis. I would highly recommend Marett to anyone seeking flooring for their home.

Just had Marrett Carpet One install my carpet in 4 rooms. I must say I am very happy with the sales and installation of it. Thanks to Braydon(sales), Craig (installation manager) and especially Chester and Matt (installers) for doing an excellent job. Top notch store!!

Put carpet in my house in 2018. Did most of the house but left two rooms to do at a later date. Went to them 6 years later for the same stuff because it held up so well and my wife loves it. Still had it in stock and installed it within a matter of weeks. Minor hiccup during installation that they made 100% right. Would definitely buy from them again!

We are very pleased with the luxury vinyl tile that we recently purchased for our master bedroom. Zach and Ron were our installers and their workmanship was superb from start to finish. We are looking forward to making future purchases of flooring from Marett Carpet One Floor & Home, working with our wonderful sales representative, Kelly and hopefully having Zach and Ron as our installers.

They go above and beyond to meet the needs of customers. They are vigilant in fixing any issues that arise during the process of install. The owners are great people who value there customers. The installers are top notch and deserve all the credit they can get.

(THE BAD) We had this firm install all of our flooring for a new house we built in 2014. Carpets, tile, and hardwood bamboo flooring throughout the 1st level. They installed the hardwood bamboo flooring and we had to have them back to completely rip it out and install it again. It was hard for me to believe that installers would install this floor and think it was acceptable the first time. We had huge 'waves' in the flooring and it didn't fit. You could feel it under your feet flexing. It wasn't done right and they admitted to it.
After having all of the owners of Marett One to our house to inspect it, they agreed that it was unacceptable and ripped the bamboo flooring back out and re-installed it. When they reinstalled it, they put a cork backing down and used carpet glue that never dried. Over a period of 5-7 years, the floor shifted and began to gap, split, and splinter in many spots. (I have proof of all of this).
We contacted Marett in 2021 (8 years) after the bamboo floor (which had a 10 year warranty) was splitting and splintering so bad that we asked for them to come and repair it. They sent a 3rd party inspector to tell us it's fine. It wasn't fine. We have splinters in our feet to prove it.
Because of the subpar install of this bamboo flooring, we ultimately had to replace it completely with hard wood flooring from another company and another installer.
We pleaded with Marett to honor the warranty or to stand by their installation. They pawned us off on a 3rd party and would only offer to replace the floor with hardwood for $30,000!!! They used a 3rd party investigator through Shaw to tell us the flooring was 'within spec'. Even one of the owners came out to look at it and stated it was beyond repair (nothing they could do for it). I'm certainly these inspectors are paid by big corporations to protect them from the consumer. (just my opinion). However, instead of sending someone from Marett initially, they sent a 3rd party and covered their 'butt'.
This firm failed to install it right the first or even the 2nd time and when the floor finally failed because of it, they made excuses and sent 3rd parties to get us to go away. It is our luck.
(THE GOOD) Their tile installation and carpet installation are top notch. Both have held up really well in the 10 years we've had them down.
As a small business owner myself, I empathize with small business and prefer using them. I'm not one to complain. If you've seen my reviews on GOOGLE, they are mostly very positive.
Our hardwood flooring was a total, unfortunate, fiasco that has caused our house a lot of inconvenience and discomfort and a lot of dust. IT has also cost us a lot of money when it's not done right the first time.
I would not recommend this company. They knew they didn't install this flooring properly the 1st or 2nd time and instead of doing the right thing and stand behind what they've sold us, they have done the opposite.
Disappointing.

recently had another job completed by Marett Floor & Home. we have used them many times and would never think of getting flooring elsewhere. They always have the best selection, products you can't even find at other stores. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable, and always have the best flooring solutions. And their installation teams are second to none. you get what you pay for. Marett is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they are the best.
