I can’t say enough good things about Russ Penning State Farm Insurance! The entire team—Russ, Marci, and Cathy—is absolutely awesome and truly goes above and beyond. They’re hands down the most knowledgeable insurance experts I’ve ever met. Here, you’re not just a number; you’re a person they genuinely care about. It’s not just a slogan—they really are like a good neighbor. When my car was stolen, I filed a claim, and within minutes, Russ called me personally to walk me through the entire process, making a stressful situation so much easier. Another time, after I was in an accident, Marci’s first words were, ‘Are you okay?’ She said, ‘We can replace cars, but we can’t replace you’—that stuck with me. Cathy has been incredible too, always answering my questions and handling every detail with ease. If you want a team that knows insurance inside and out and will treat you like family, Russ, Marci, and Cathy are the ones to call. Five stars all the way!

In my immense wisdom and coordination I managed to hit my own car with my own truck in my own driveway. I had to fly out of town that morning. I was able to relay a message to Cathy Patterson and bye the time I landed the claims for both vehicles were in m motion and already had appointments at body shop. Cathy made what I thought would be a complicated process very easy. We would be very happy to have someone like Cathy working here, very thorough and pleasant. Thanks Cathy!!

Cathy at the State Farm in Warminster, PA has to be one of the most professional/knowledgeable agent I’ve dealt with EVER!! When I need something done and time is of the essence, Cathy will go above and beyond to make sure all is taken care of quickly and accurately. Cathy and the well trained agents at the Warminster State Farm get a 10 out of 10 from me. I strongly recommend dealing with Cathy as she is so polite and will get what you need done with ease. A++++

I've been a customer here for 20+ years. I've interacted with everyone who works in the office and the customer service is always outstanding. I primarily deal with Marci, who has worked with me to turaround quotes, policies, dec pages, insurance cards, etc. very quickly as they were needed for my work on short notice. Marci diligently works to find the best insurance prices possible. I have 7-10 policies going with this office at any given time; I wouldn't go anywhere else for my insurance needs. Thank you Marci, Russ, and the team.

I am 64 years old and I can honestly say Russ is head and shoulders over any agent I have ever worked with. He does not try to sell you anything. His years of experience have enabled him to explain all the options to any given situation and he can use real scenarios to help clarify. His suggestions have turned out to be spot on and greatly appreciated in real life, when I needed to file a claim.
