Big Mike assisted me today and provided excellent customer service. This was after waiting for 10 minutes while two employees where conversing with a friend, and ignoring me. One if the two looked at me 2x, but never offered any assisstance. Big Mike came along and changed my day!!!

Frank is AWESOME!!! He is caring, very kind & knowledgeable about the products. He is my dad's go-to guy and nobody I know is better. He made sure we had all the correct plumbing parts for a water filter thing and he's not even a plumber!! He IS an expert in electrical since he's a former electrician; so if you need something from electrical, find him and he'll help you.

Last few times I've gone, can't find anyone knowledgeable to help. I'd ask them to call the person for the Dept and they'd never show up. And then they didn't even have in stock what I needed even tho I checked the app first. It's frustrating when you go our of your way to shop semi local and end up ordering from Amazon anyway.

Great store with everything you need for tasks around your home. It also has a wide variety of plants and everything for their care. If you need any repairs, you will surely find what you need there. The staff's attention is very good, indicating where the products are.

I came to the landscape / nursery / garden area to get some materials for a patio job. Michelle was the staff member that I found when I had a couple of questions - she was working at the cash register at the front of the nursery area. She was very cheerful and happy and helpful with my questions. I got what I needed all loaded up, and she got me checked out quickly and efficiently. She had a delightful, helpful personality, and it speaks well of the Home Depot to have employees like her, with such a good attitude about their jobs.

Service extremely slow. Waited in customer service line behind 1 other for 20+ minutes. Was simply picking up an online order for 1 item. Wouldn't have mind as much if associates even acknowledged me while waiting for management assistance.

What an absolute joke of an experience. I use Home Depot quite often for work. I must have asked nine different employees who just continued to point me to the next employee to help me…. Then when I asked to speak to a manager, they said I would have to hold on they will try calling the manager. 25 min later I walked out of the store. Could be the worst customer service I’ve ever received at any store… their website said they had 97 of the items in stock on website yet every employee said they weren’t sure where it was and go ask someone else with an orange vest in lumber….I thought I was on a game show and people were going to walk out and it was all just a prank the service I was provided. Luckily, Lowes is down the road, spent $435 at Lowe’s because Home Depot warrington is a joke.
