Most of the locations that I have been have been helpful except this one, I showed up with their merchandise and the receipt, but they refused to give me my refund, only store credit.
I suppose that some stores make their own rules. I went to a different store and they gave me my refund without any issues.

We had a solid experience with the contractors that came out to help install our new appliances (and a few other things).
I think they were installed right because there's no gas smell and everything in our kitchen works and looks fine.
The downside though: communication and installation speed.
We picked a delivery day when we ordered, but arrival window was communicated the day before, which was annoying. Glad we were able to move around some work stuff so we were available.
The other downside was how fast they installed things. Might sound weird, but it was so fast I was worried they skipped steps. The oven and microwave were installed in 15 min (including removal of the old ones). We blinked and it was done. Still kinda paranoid they didn't pay close enough attention to detail.
I also had to adjust burner flame hight myself (the last appliance store did that for you), and both appliances had a number of grease smudges on them.
But overall, for the price, we're happy.

I highly recommend the lumber department. I am an elementary school teacher, and your employee, Joel, spent over 2 hours helping me today. He was knowledgable, creative, and very precise with his work. I came in with a crazy, classroom dream, and he made it come true! Such great customer service! I will surely be back in the future!

I don't usually go to Home Depot or Lowe's for that matter unless I'm helping out my dad or brother with a project but the other day I went to Home Depot to their gardening center. I was looking for s specific fertilizer that I couldn't find and ended up walking out with a plant, different fertilizer, and a pot. When I couldn't find the fertilizer, I gave up and started looking at more Indoor plants since I wanted to buy new ones. While I was looking one of the workers asked if I needed help I told him actually I do and if he knew anything about fetishized, he grabbed another worker who also was unsure because he wasn't entirely familiar. We then all went looking for a worker from the garden center who had never heard of the fertilizer but when I told him I checked the whole wall he walked over and started looking with me. When he said he never has even heard of it he started trying to look at other similar plants' fertilizer options when he finally recommended a multi purpose organic fertilizer that wouldn't change the ph much and that he himself used and so did many different garden centers. I was really appreciative for the help and recommendation and I bought a small bag per his suggestion. I also bought a potted plant because it was a great deal and I bought a proper pot for my plant at home that drains. Overall I got what I needed (mostly) and had great service. The cashier was also very nice. I was super pleased with my experience.

The worker at lumber was a super helpful and knowledgeable man. He helped me with finding materials and recommended the best deals. Fast and easy. On the other hand, Trish and the other associate at the costumer service desk were not helpful at all. Working with them was a waste of time! It took an hour to put in a delivery order. A worker at Home Depot should know what pressure treated wood is! "Pressure what? Trish! Come here and help me." Not helpful.

My fellow Facebook friends: Please remember this photo the next time you are heading to the Home Depot. Remember how they TRULY feel about our country and the wonderful opportunities it has afforded the men and women (like this girl!) throughout history. And, when you realize just how they view our country, then just TURN AROUND and go to Lowe's!!!!!!

We completely remodeled our kitchen through the Warrington store. Our kitchen designer was nice but EVERY person who does work is an independent non employee and is on their own timeline and has their own individual work ethic. The project guy says he will always help but that is very far from accurate. When things go wrong there is NO ONE who cares or advocates for you!! Promises made and repairs paid for are not kept. No one checks the project as it goes along or at the end. WHY should they, you have to pay 100% UPFRONT!!!! It was a truly awful experience! I made so many calls and quite frankly, no one cared!! I would NEVER go through this again!

1 year and 3 months after buying our entire kitchen full of appliances at this Home Depot they tell me they won't stand behind the products that were suggested to us by their salespeople after the 1 year warranty. Microwave oven no longer works and now I can call a service technician. This will be the last time I make any major purchases with them. Lowe's is only 1/2 mile down the road...
