Unsure of the names, but the guys their today were amazing! Diagnostic check completed, got what I needed in the store, and one of the guys came out to show me how to do it. Came home, followed his steps and got it done!? My vehicle is running so much better now!! Thank you so much for all the help today!

Perhaps they can hire someone who not only knows [what] they're talking about, but also is honest enough to say "I don't know exactly, how about I find out what I can."
