I was at the Washington pa location on December 8th and heard yelling coming from the desk area. It was a manager yelling at employees! When I asked who it was I was told it was a district manager! How does any type of manager yell at employees especially with customers in the store? I left because I felt it was a hostile environment and will not go back!! I hope this is addressed and he apalogizes to the employees!!!!

I went here and got an oil changed yesterday and the guy did not put my oil cap back on my car. I found out hours later when I started smelling oil real bad when I would press in my clutch I pulled over and notice oil everywhere under my hood, this was at midnight and I had to call a tow truck and pay for a tow , go to advanced to buy a new oil cap, lost quarts of oil I just paid for hours earlier. I’m waiting to hear back from the manager as I type just curious to see what other people have went through with this place

I wouldn’t go here. Went here 3 months ago for oil change and tire rotation. They lied about the tire rotation because my stepdad just tried to replace my brakes and he said there is years of rust buildup and could not remove the tire. Rip off and also my tire has wire sticking out and my tire needs replaced. I’m sure they wouldn’t have rotated and stuck the bad tire back on.

I was told my brake pads were really low by another business so when my brakes started making a high pitched squeal when backing up I was worried. They checked my brakes out and nothing was wrong. I just have noisy brakes. I appreciate the transparency and honesty I was shown here. They sent me on my way and didn't charge me a cent. I've been looking for a regular mechanic since I moved from Florida so I intend to come back when I need work in the future.

Stipped the hole for the drain plug on my oil pan and never mentioned it to me. This is very concerning! The bolt shown is a 3/4 when it was a 17 mm

Made an appointment and when I arrived I just stood there for 15 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge me so I just left and went to Midas up the road. They greeted me immediately and provided fantastic service on my oil change and inspection. New to the area and needed a good service station so thanks Midas!!!

don't waste your time and money. I am no mechanic, but I've changed a wheel bearing or two, I know what they cost and I can personally change one in about an hour and I'm very limited on my mechanic mind. this shit hole that claims itself a garage with mechanically inclined folks charged me 3 plus hours to change a front bearing. they will not lube you up before they shove it up your ass, won't even give you a warning. I got the very same wheel bearing changed 6 months ago and it was roughly 350 dollars. stay away from this establishment. 610 dollars for a wheel bearing change is all you need to know.

I took my car in to get the brakes checked due to a loud noise they were making. They inspected the brakes and determined they were in good shape and just need cleaned. The manager, Kevin, didn’t charge me anything. I appreciate this kind of honesty and will continue to use them for auto service.

I have been coming to this location for almost two years. They always make sure my car is safe to drive. The owner is kind and takes the time to breaks down the service/price for me. He even spoke on the phone with my dad (the vehicle owner.) It is a little expensive compared to other auto service chains but I am happy with the service.

I had an emergency problem with my old Prius while commuting across states for Thanksgiving. The kind folks at Monro were able to accommodate me as a walk-in appointment (on Black Friday no less!). Even though they said they might not be able to solve the problem with the hybrid battery, they directed me to the dealership, offered to call the dealership themselves, and gave my car a once-over just to be sure.They inspected my car (weren’t able to solve the problem) told me what to do and where to go, and when I offered to pay they said it was no charge! I’ve never had such great service from a mechanic and was impressed with their candor and kindness.
