Showed up 7 minutes before closing to mail a package. Rich wouldn’t help me so he could walk out the door at 4pm. Pay your people an extra 15 minutes so the closing time can be the closing time what kind of nonsense is this?

Highly recommend this location. Ryan was extremely contributive and very personable. He kindly assisted me in resolving an issue regarding a damaged parcel - and even took the time to call and provide me with updates on the claim throughout the week. Earned my trust and will be back!
