From the teller Khalil ( not sure if the spelling is correct ) to senior staff of the bank .The customer service is exceptional .The teller was humble , patience with me till all my needs were solved .
You are greeted with smile and your banking needs are just answered ASAP.
They are always willing to listen and go extra miles in making sure you are satisfied .
This is why I was pushed to give the flower to this branch and staff while they are alive .
Please give this branch a try for your banking needs .

I've been a member at FMFCU for 15 years and I will always go out of my way to make it to the West Chester branch, even if I'm closer to another branch. Sumita, Therese & Shalini are the best, always making sure my banking needs are taken care of. From auto express loans, to HELOC, to regular everyday banking, I know I will always get top notch service when visiting.Recently there was an issue with a vehicle I was purchasing as it was considered "commercial". I already had an auto express check and completed the purchasing process at a dealer. I needed to switch from a personal auto express vehicle loan to a commercial vehicle loan. Carol Amplo & Sumita went above & beyond to make sure there was no delay in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend this process instead of the traditional car dealer financing process....which is like a root canal, with no anesthetic.

I can honestly say Therese treated me so well, super respectful and answered every question I had. Her customer service is a 10 out of 10. She kept a smile on her face the whole time and explained everything to me down to the T. Couldn't of done this process without her help. So thank you so much Therese for everything you did these past couple of days. Great place of business I recommend everyone to go!!!

I have been a member since 1987. The errors that have been made over the years are unacceptable. Transfered money to a clients account, took a car loan out of my account and i do not have a car loan. Errors in depositing transaction. Errors in my statement of calculations. Last Saturday was the last straw my husband went to deposit my business checks and he waited 30 minutes at window. The person asked if he could come in. He came in and due to it being business transactions they said they could not do it because they were too busy and to leave it. He did not leave the checks because the last time they misplaced them for over a week lost. Today's mission is to find a new bank.

Was a customer with FMFCU for almost 18 years. Line of credit, checking, savings, 2 car loans. One of my payments was late in 18 years because of bank error transferring money from my other bank. Had never been late in any of my payments for 18 years. They reported it to credit bureaus and lowered my credit score. They would not overturn it. Do not do business with these people. No loyalty or common sense.

A great big thank you to staff of FMFCU west chester branch. They saved my daughter’s wedding by going above and beyond helping us out of a nightmare situation with time lines and cashiers check . In short they came thru when no one else could to beat a last minute dead line holding my daughter’s wedding in the balance. Thank you all so much

Normally my experiences at FMFCU branches are great! The people are friendly and helpful. Maybe it was an off day but my one experience at this branch was...weird at best. I had to stop in to pick up an auto loan check after getting a call that everything was approved and ready. I stopped by on Tuesday around 4:20 PM and the doors were locked. Nobody seemed to be there even though the times on the door said 9-5. Well okay, no problem, I'll stop by early the next day. I get there around 11-ish today and I'm the only customer, 4 people are behind the desk. No one offers to help or even makes eye contact until I randomly pick one to walk up to and say hi. It took a few tries to explain why I was there until one, who seemed to be a manager, chimed in to help. It was off to a bad start but the rest of it went okay once we were on the same page. However, I still got the overall vibe that I was...interrupting? Not like I was 100% unwelcome, but it just felt super odd. Especially in light of all my previous positive experiences at other branches. I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but I was struck by a general “this job would be great if it wasn't for the customers†kind of feeling from my interactions here.

These people are amazing! Sumita is the absolute best! I left my wallet in my husband's vehicle and ran out gas, and they helped me grab some quick cash to fill up my tank. Franklin Mint is the best banking experience I have ever had
