Horrible place to live ! Do not waste your money or your sanity living here. The manager on site like they say is very nosy and unhelpful. There is no emergency maintenance.. well no maintence person at all. The three sisters aka "managers" do not know a thing about running a complex. They make up lies and spread stories to other tenants. Also they give other tenants your private information. They have rules that everyone must follow minus their family members that live there whom also have the master key to everyone's apartment. The rent is outrageous and comes with nothing but headaches and nonsense. When you move out they will block your moving truck delaying moving while screaming and cursing at you. Don't think you'll get your deposit back unless you plan on going to court with a bunch of lieing theifs .DON'T MOVE HERE !!!WORST THING TO HAPPEN TO WEST CHESTER!

DON'T MOVE HERE !!! WORST PLACE TO LIVE! The management is horrible and VERY unprofessional. Way to expense for what you get which is nothing. Very out dated.. when things break they stay broken.. they have rules for everyone but their family that lives there. They will give out your private information .. stalk your every move! Ask anyone who lives there if there is anyone left how it really is there !!

By far one of the best and cleanest apartments complexes in Chester County. The management is absolutely on top of everything, if its broke it will be fix that day unless parts need ordering. I absolutely loved my time living at Strasburg Court. It was quite it was peaceful and most of all it was reasonable. I wish I could give more stars because this place truly makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to live this is definitely a great place. The management cares for the tenants like there family. And that to me is everything.
