“I read all the previous reviews and now I will chime in. I have been using this practice since Scott Schaeffer and Hal Kramer opened their doors back in the early 90's. I have never experienced any of the problems some of the other reviewers encountered. There have been a lot of changes since they opened. It's hard to get good staff and I think many places have struggled with this and Covid did not help. I have always been able to get an appointment and Dr. Kramer even saw me when I cut my hand and needed stitches-no appointment-this was way before walk-in aid units existed. Dr. Kramer found skin cancer on my face when my dermatologist missed it. He saved me from a really horrible experience since it was caught early. I was also seen with no appointment when I had a debilitating migraine and ended up in the emergency room to be sure I had did not have something much worse wrong with me. Dr. Kramer retired and and I now see a nurse practitioner. I am totally happy with her. She's knows her stuff, is thorough and makes sure I stay healthy. Plus she's a super nice person. There is always a lot of change going on in everyone's world and we all need to figure out how to handle it. Things don't always go the way we would like but have a bit of patience with the folks who are trying to help you and remember you don't always have all the facts.”
